As you enter the home, you'll know why you booked with us. The comfortable, and fun CHIC ARTSY aesthetic will give you a warm welcome. One of the first things you'll notice is the beautiful city view, with a 55" 4k Smart TV, dining table w/ teal green velvet chairs.
As you walk into the kitchen, you'll feel right at home. The fully stocked and well appointed kitchen and dining table will be perfect for a home cooked meal, a delivered meal or an in-home cooked meal.

oh, and don't forget about the outdoor oasis in your vacation home's amenities! The property boasts two amazing outdoor spaces, separated by a pool fence. The grilling island and patio dining table overlook a beautifully landscaped open area, with SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES!.. The pool area includes a massive covered cabana bed, lounge chairs and an umbrella if you need a break from the sun. After moments of relaxing in the cabana with your favorite local cold brew in hand, you'll surely feel the need to take a selfie and send it to your family and friends at home. • Renter agreement to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.


• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: We will do our best to accommodate, but if there is another guest checking in or out on those days we will not be able to accommodate. The only way we can guarantee an early check in or late check out is if you book the day before or after your reservation.
