You'll be steps away from a grocery store, coffee shop, and several restaurants like Petty Cash, Good Times on the Ave and Trap Vegan. Parking available in the driveway.

Holiday Family Visit

The house was clean, well appointed and enough room for our family to relax. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe, nice and quiet.

I would stay here again

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as pictured. The home is also in a very nice neighborhood. If we would visit Detroit again we would definitely stay at this home again.

Nice place for Our Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was near to our family we were visiting and mostly what was advertised, with the exception of the outdoor furniture which we assume was put away due to the time of year. Suggestions would be for a few board games and/or deck of cards and maybe a couple more settings of dishes. Overall we were happy with our stay!

Detroit Relaxation and Charm

Everything in the house is well thought out and makes for an extra relaxing stay. The wood floors are elegant and hanging out in the house reading a book on Detroit history really make it a special experience and help you appreciate the city as well as the home. The kitchen is very communal and great times were shared there with my family. The home guide had great recommendations and the host was always very helpful from the time of the booking. Highly recommend this home if you are in the area. Would definitely come back, thanks for hosting us.

Perfect Location Thank You

The house and location was perfect. Loved that the host provides seasons, cleaning supplies, toiletries in the bathroom. Thought there was 2 full bathrooms, but its 1 full bathroom and a half downstairs. Either way we made it work. Love the original albums that the house had. The bathrooms setup was amazing, and the A/C is extremely cold, so no complaints. When coming back to Detroit, this will be my first choice of lodging.. Shantell was also awesome. She met us at the house to make sure we where able to get into the house. Nothing bad i can say about the house or Host. Peime location and close to everything.

Another getaway in Detroit

We stayed here last year, around the same time. The house was the same when were here 2023. Its the setup of the house, the homie feel, the seasonings that is there, the coffee and tea options. Its everything. Love the bathroom setup, comfy beds, the back yard with patio setup. Had an opportunity to speak with Host when I arrived. I shared with her what we so love about thr property as a while. Woth me being a travel agent and book alot of VRBO, this one is my #1. If you are looking for a quick weekend getaway, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and not far from downtown Detroit, please book this property. You will NOT be disappointed. Will be booking again next year anytime I come to Detroit. Again thanks again ladies for the hospitality....

GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL HOME, AWESOME STAY!!!

This was an awesome stay. I was visiting my hometown with my family and took a chance on the rental as the family home was full. This rental did not disappoint. The property manager was very responsive. Check in was super easy and the property was exactly as pictured. The outside of the home is nice and lit brightly for entry at night. The inside is updated professionally and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for cooking a snack or full meal. The beds were super comfortable and the home was a just like home. The property was very close to many amenities (restaurants, shopping, grocery store, convenience stores etc.), I am planning many more trips home and will always seek the availability of this rental first. NOTE: My husband frequents 5 star hotels and was hesitant to rent in the city but the cost of a hotel for the entire family and friends couldn't be beat with this rental. He too was pleasantly surprised and pleased with our stay. We will be back.

Modern designed and recently renovated large home in an amazing location. The street behind the house is filled with restaurants and things to do. Close to downtown and Royal Oak but in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
