ABOUT THE SPACE
Escape to paradise at our cozy studio located within the famous Kite Beach Hotel Resort! Just steps from pristine sandy shores, this charming retreat offers access to a community pool and beachfront deck. Private Patio, AC, high-speed WI- FI a plush King size bed.. Kite away or unwind on the beach. Enjoy beachfront dining, exciting nightlife, and the vibrant Dominican culture. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking relaxation and adventure.

While secluded, you are only five minutes away from Cabarete Center, where you'll find shops and family-friendly stores, as well as romantic restaurants right on the beach. In the other direction, and on the other side of the spectrum, you can enjoy the nightlife of Sosua (15 min drive).
The common area offers a tropical, quiet garden, as well as providing an onsite restaurant/bar, and kite school /rental facility.


GIVING
If you are interested, we can arrange for a visit to a local orphanage home or send you information on how to do volunteer work or otherwise contribute.


GUEST ACCESS
During your stay, you'll have access to all hotel amenities: swimming pool, deck chairs, garden and kite pack-down area, area-wide WiFi, and 24 hour security. The apartment features its own high-speed Wifi. Most importantly, you are next to the onsite beach restaurant, which offers food and drinks all day, featuring a mix of Dominican and international cuisine at very reasonable rates. The onsite Kite School and rental was the first such school in the DR and has the reputation as one of the best in the country.

CLEAN
We take pride in our cleanliness rating ,and our staff thoroughly cleans the entire condo ahead of your arrival. We charge a one- time cleaning fee that you will find in our bill break out. If you like to book additioanal cleaning we are gladly provide that for a discounted fee.

A FAVOR TO ASK
Electricity in the Dominican Republic, located on an island, is expensive, so please do your part to help keep costs down. This apartment has an electricity meter, and if you use an excessive amount of electricity, we might have to charge you extra at the end of your stay.We don’t want to do that, and it’s quite easy to avoid. Just turn off the AC and lights when you leave the apartment.


REGULATIONS
The maximum number of people allowed in the home is 3 people
If you have a small child (under 10) who you would like to register as a fourth guest, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate for an extra charge.

You must be 21 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.

INTERACTIONS WITH HOST
Prior to the trip the best way to communicate is through the VRBO APPbut keep in mind that I have a property manager who is on the premises Monday to Saturday and is there to help you. Her name is Yesenia and the welcome message will include her phone number and once you are in Kite Beach a text or WA is usually quicker if you have an urgent question.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3 pm . Check out time is 11:00am. Depending on occupancy, we may be able to arrange for an earlier or later check out.
