We are native Austinites that love the city. We pride ourselves on making your experience enjoyable and memorable. We are local and available so that any requests or needs are readily addressed.

You will love this location and all of it amenities! Parks, playgrounds, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. 4 miles to Moody Center and UT football stadium, 5 miles to downtown! This is a uniquely Austin home in an ideal area of the city. Perfect for families and friends alike.

Our home is stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, games, towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, soap, kitchen items, BBQ utensils, pack-and-play with sheets, and toddler-friendly plates/cups/silverware.

Pets up to 50 pounds are welcome. Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a furry friend. We do ask that pets not sit or lay on the beds or furniture.

This home was comfortable, clean, and well suited for our needs. The photos accurately depict the space. The backyard is a real standout. Kristin was a wonderful host. We had an unusual rental request and she went above and beyond to accommodate us and was always communicative. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again and would recommend to others.

Quaint and comfy!

This is a great home to rent for a visit to Austin. The house is very clean and well taken care of. Beds were comfy and the AC worked great! I would highly recommend this home for a short or longer stay. Kristen the host was very quick to respond to any of our questions.

Adorable!

We loved this house! Plenty of space for 5 adults, great location, super clean, and comfortable. We were in town for a show and had no issues with ride- shares. It’s centrally located and just a few minutes from a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The house had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. We will def book again!!

Great communication with the host. When we arrived it was 10 degrees out. The pipes froze and we had no hot water for a day. Kristin did as best she could and came by right away to drop off a heater to unfreeze the pipes. Took a day to get hot water but she graciously gave us a partial credit for our stay. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Great location to shops and lots to do in the surrounding areas. Would stay again for sure.

Room to spread out in a great location

This place worked so well for us. Everyone has their own bedroom, there was a second half bath, and a cool backyard that my dogs loves. So many thoughtful touches, from a washer dryer with detergent to candles and soft blankets to an iron and loads of kitchen stuff. I was nervous about booking a newer listing with few reviews, but Kristen was super communicative and nice. Have no hesitation about staying here; it is stylish, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location for so many things in Austin.

UT Football Game

Lovely home and yard. I stayed at the ever so comfortable home with 2 much loved family dogs while 4 others attended the UT football game. It was a shame it rained so much during our time there but we all enjoyed the covered patios. We all agreed the beds, linens, and towels were great.
