Meine Gäste kommen oft zurück und erzählen es Freunden. Dies ist ein älteres Haus, aber gut gepflegt. Sehr sauber und privat, mit einer Meile gut markierter Wanderwege zum Wandern auf dem Grundstück. Mein Personal und ich arbeiten sehr hart, um sicherzustellen, dass wir den Kommentar "Wir wünschten, wir hätten länger bleiben können, unsere Kinder wollen nicht gehen. Wonderful place to stay in the rainforest! It was perfect for the trip I took with my siblings—two days, close to the Hoh Rainforest, and beautiful trails on site. The cabin had everything we needed for our trip, and the host was friendly, helpful, and communicative.

A hidden gem in Forks.This cozy cottage was more than cozy-it's the perfect spot for a family, a group of friends, or, as we discovered, a crew of fishermen! Tucked into a secluded oasis in the Hoh Rainforest, the location couldn't be better, easy driving distance to Port Angeles, La Push, the visitor centers throughout Olympic National Park, Kalaloch Lodge, and Lake Quinault.Come back after a full day of adventuring and sink into the softest, most comfortable beds-our whole group agreed on that one. It's also the perfect place to unplug from your phones and enjoy the simple things, like cooking dinner together and playing cards. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!Kamala is definitely a premier host!

What a special little home tucked away in the rainforest. Kamala is a fantastic host. The home and property have so much personality and it is so clear how much love has gone into it. It was just me and my husband on this trip but we fully intend to come back with our kids who will love it here.

Thank you, Kamala for the warm welcome and lovely vacation home! This place is magical, and check-in/out was so easy with Kamala living nearby. She gave us great tips on hikes nearby, and we had fun chatting at the end! This is such a beautifully maintained home with cozy trails, a hot outdoor shower, and lots of fun critters to find in the brush (if you're into that sort of thing). The home is filled with so many little secrets and details to discover. Perfect vacation spot

The cabin, as described, is perfectly tucked away in/near the Hoh Rainforest. The home was immaculately clean, and had anything you could ever imagine needing. The little notes throughout the cabin showed that the owner, Kamala, cares about her guest's stay. The outdoor is set up as a magical escape--from the gazebo, firepit, outdoor shower, and the enchanted trail out the back door. Kamala was perfectly communicative on questions we had; she even came out in the rain to open the gate for us upon our arrival; and we had a lovely chat on our departure day. She enjoys hosting and loves sharing her home.

We had such a lovely stay here! Kamala had this place stocked with everything you could need and then some. We loved that this home was tucked away in the woods and yet we could easily access beaches and rainforests on this side of the park. The trails around the property were incredible and the outdoor shower was a surprise treat! We would highly recommend staying here.

This was our second stay at this property. We really love the location. Lots of privacy in a beautiful setting. Close to the Hoh Rain Forest. The beach at the end of Oil City Road was an unexpected gem. The owner is very friendly and communicated well from the initial booking until our departure. I'd gladly return again.

Property is quiet, private and located near the Olympic National Park beaches and several rain forests. It is dog friendly and has a large yard. Host is excellent.House and furnishings are dated, but neatly kept. There is little room to move about inside the house. We were a party of three adults with a dog and it was a bit cramped. But, we were out and about for most of our stay, so this was not a huge problem.

This is a wonderful, cozy house with a fantastic history. The house was clean, spacious, well-supplied, and has comfortable beds to sleep in. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to a return visit. The property is beautiful, especially the trail system through the private rainforest. I enjoyed listening to all the songbirds and owls. It is a short drive to the Hoh and Bogachiel rainforests and incredible beaches. Kamala is a great host and a wealth of knowledge on places to explore. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

We are English transplants who have fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. The grandchildren love to come and spend time here.We love sharing the cabin with people who really appreciate the beautiful setting.We have spent years upgrading the property.Not easy with over 110 inches of rain a year! We are thrilled that our guests are returning and recommending this older cabin to their friends. I have guests who have returned every year {14} for a week every August ..They always look to see what changes were made to the property in the last year.

We come here to rest and rejuvenate and leave the city behind.Our family has owned and loved this property for over 40 years. Actually, the property has owned us! Especially the moles! Many of our English relatives have come to visit and are always amazed at the scenery.Last year's favourite memory was of my English buddies from high school sitting around the blazing campfire,late at night,drinks in hand, laughing until we cried. We wish to share this peaceful sanctuary with you.Make sure you take the time to walk the trails and pack a picnic for the beach.
