Spend quiet moments on the private dock overlooking Green Creek with direct access to Lake Blue Ridge in the summer, or indulge in laid-back outdoor living on the expansive, two-tiered deck area complete with a private hot tub, multiple seating, and dining options, a gas grill, and a firepit. A breezy screened porch is the perfect spot to spend rainy days.

Soaring ceilings and strong natural lighting create a bright, airy living space for indoor gatherings. The living room welcomes casual downtime with sofas and a smart TV. Satisfy hungry appetites in the well-appointed, full kitchen featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The lower-level living area provides family entertainment with another smart TV, sofa seating, board games, and a game table. Downstairs, you will also enjoy access to a convenient kitchenette area in the laundry room featuring a mini-fridge, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The primary suite occupies the top floor with a private, screened balcony and an en suite bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
The dock is not floating, but boats should be able to use it naturally until September 2023. The lake's water level makes the dock easy to access, though a short ladder is hanging on the side if needed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
