The mighty kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for at-home convenience and there's a built-in desk area for taking care of any remote work needs during your stay. Please be advised that the indoor lazy river will be closed between January 5, 2026 - January 16, 2026 and the outdoor pool will be closed between January 19, 2026 - January 30, 2026, due to a scheduled repair THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental includes access to the indoor and outdoor pools only. All other resort amenities are off-limits to guests. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. OR This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head Island LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I loved how clean and cozy this room was. The space was well thought out and furniture placement made sense. The beds were also extremely comfortable! They were topped with mattress pads for optimal comfort. I will definitely rent this unit again!

Enjoyable
The room was clean and for the most part had all the main accommodations! Just wish the drain wasn’t clogged, had to maintenance the toilet, thought it was advertised with an Ocean view!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at!
The place in which we stayed was very well decorated and clean. We had an issue with our toilet and in almost no time someone from the Vacasa team showed up and fixed it! The team gave many updates and the room was very clean! The resort itself could be a little confusing at times (with all the elevators and different halls) but it was very lovely still! The beach was not super crowded at the place we stayed. Definitely a very good place to stay. There were in fact a couple hiccups but they were definitely fixable and still did not diminish the fun or quality of our stay.

Much needed vacation.
The room was clean. Check in was easy thru the app. Just didn't have access to everything. A little disappointed. Outside bar by the pool closed at 4:pm. Very disappointing. Had to leave and go somewhere else.

Indoor pool was dirty and was not heated as advertised, 1 hot tub not working, in general property was old, run down, dirty. Outdoor tables were rusty, elevators gross, were scary and shook badly. One elevator kept taking me to the 12th floor when I needed to go to the ground level. The 12th floor buttons did not work and I would've been stuck up there and walk down the stairs. Luckily the elevator opened and i was able to get in. Needless to say we did NOT stay the second night and decided to drive the 3 hours back home at 9:00 at night. The only plus was that the room directly faced the ocean.This is not the hotel i booked. We were "moved" here, because our room at Landmark wasn't ready. Supposedly they had a major repair and the room was too dirty....Overall, terrible experience. I would like my money refunded. I did not choose this hotel.

The tub was stop up and I keep calling and texting no one never came to see about it it we wasn't able to take showers in tub or bath in tub.We didn't pay for not to be able to use the tub it was hot in the room .I didn't enjoy it at all the people or person was rude and no help at all
