It is a hot spot for ocean lovers because of its sandy beaches, long views and great surf. The Alta Vista promises amazing, ever-changing views of the of the Pacific coastline, overlooking the ocean and Nestucca Bay, plus the woods and dunes of Bob Straub State Park. This home offers a prime location less than a mile from outdoor adventures like hiking trails, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, and tidepool exploration, not to mention long walks on the beautiful beach.

If your preference is to relax at home, in the second-floor living area you’ll experience walls of windows with cathedral ceilings and unparalleled views of the ocean, with a telescope to enhance your chances of spotting eagles, and maybe even whales. While inviting seating, a cozy fireplace and a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV with streaming services may entice you to stay in, you’ll also be comfortable on the spacious, wrap-around deck, where you can read a book, listen to the birds, and later watch the sunset, while enjoying a glass of wine and nibbles from the charcuterie board. Visitors enjoy taking walks in the Pacific Seawatch neighborhood to admire the wildflowers and landscape, modern Northwest architecture and expansive views.

Like to cook? Why not surprise everyone with delicious meals created in the well-appointed kitchen! Modern stainless steel appliances include a double-door fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, blender, and wine cooler.

Prefer to eat out? A bonus is the close proximity to Pacific City's numerous cafes and restaurants. Foodies will enjoy choices of fresh seafood, Thai and Asian-fusion, Japanese Edomae, Mexican, wood-fired pizza, and innovative Northwest cuisine, as well as coffee shops, wine bars, a dive bar, bakeries, and a landmark brewpub.
When it's time to unwind, you'll rest well in the upstairs primary king bedroom with it's impeccable ocean views and spacious en suite bath, boasting a huge, walk-in shower. Other guests may retire to the lower level featuring two bedrooms- a king bedroom with TV and Roku, and a queen bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. And, the kids will certainly enjoy the attached small rec room with a foosball table, board games , TV with Roku and a sofa bed that sleeps 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
