IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Horizon South is a gated community. To ensure the safety of our residents and guests, all guests 6yrs and older are required to wear a wrist-band. The wrist-bands provide each person access, and use of all the amenities within the resort, along with designated beach access. Wrist-bands costs $20 each (Reimbursement of up to two wrist-band fees will be provided after your stay), and can be purchased at the main HOA office located near the pools. There is also a $25 parking pass per vehicle.

Great beach property!

We rented this home in addition to a couple others for a wedding, and it worked out perfectly for our guests. Place was close to the water and the renter was very responsive.

Property was older and construction was ongoing causing access to the beach lil inconvenient. Overall the condo was nice and in great location for amenities of the property. The golf equipment could be updated. Host was very nice overall we had a good time. Would stay again.

I would definitely rent again!

The location was very nice and close to the beach! The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The amenities for us to use was exceptional. Three pools, mini golf, hot tub, tennis court. All the items you needed to play the activities was in the condo and in great condition. The people were friendly.

My experience

It was a beautiful condo just could have been a bit cleaner and more bath towels. Also I would have liked to know about the wrist bands and parking pass ahead of time. I wasn’t made aware until after I paid for the condo. Other than that everything was good. The location was great it’s around everything and walking distance to the beach. Will be booking again thru Vrbo.

Unique subdivision between 98 and the strip

Nice gated community. Quiet, older aged subdivision, very quiet. Not sure if it’s the same during Spring Break. Check in isn’t until 4pm, ensure you check into the Main Office before 4pm to get your bracelets, and directions to your rental. They close the main office at 4pm as well. The front view of the townhome on the fence is where you can see the unit number. I had to zoom in to find it. Other than that, not a bad stay for the price.
