This grand 2800 sq. ft. apartment was home to the original Gundersen clinic, now a nationally recognized healthcare system in the La Crosse community. The building was constructed in 1870 and is on the list of national historic buildings in downtown La Crosse.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Guests should be comfortable climbing a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown nightlife near many bars and restaurants. On busy nights, the bars are loud and you will hear noise until bar time. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best place to stay.

Covered parking can be found within a block at the La Crosse Center Ramp at 201 Jay Street. Parking is paid from 6am-10pm Monday - Saturday. The cost is $1/hour with a daily maximum of $10. Nights and Sundays are free.
