Riverside Cabin with Homemade Breakfast

Light, water, space, and the river! So much nature - lots of trees and hills. The cabin is one large open floorplan, with the exception of the full bathroom. A deck overlooks the water. The main cabin room has a vaulted ceiling with a large window overlooking the beach and the water, which makes the rustic yet modern space feel open and full of light. Outside there is direct access via a path down to the beach & water, for fishing and hiking, as well as a large open grassy & landscaped space overlooking the river, with a fire pit, swing set, gas grill, and flagstone areas with tables. The property also borders a deep creek, with lots of trees. The cabins & yard are separated from the road by the restaurant (no longer open to the public) and the owner's house. Free Parking. Free wifi. Smart TV & DVD player. Two free breakfasts included with each night's rental (more available for additional fee). The room is heated/cooled primarily with a mini split unit. Guests can access the river, beach, and yard at their leisure. There is also a landing spot for boats about hour miles south (KH Butler, managed by the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources) and a cute little town about a 10-15-minute drive north. Two parking spaces available per cabin, with more potentially available upon request. We live in a very rural area, so there are a variety of dwellings and lots of patches of woods around.
