Reserving guest needs to be over 25. No college groups. If the groups includes more than 10 adults we need to pre approve it.

Pets are to be submitted for approval. Limit to 2 pets.

Guest must report any property condition issues within 12 hours of check-in or upon discovery (if malfunction) and host will be given a reasonable amount of time to remediate, otherwise its deemed acceptance of property condition as is. Also no refunds will be given due to equipment malfunctions outside of our control that do not impact habitability and continued occupancy is acceptance of any issue there. Any fraudulent transactions or refund claims will be subject to the laws in our state and pursued for damages.
