Unsere Wohnung bietet die perfekte Kombination - allen Komfort wie zu Hause, nur wenige Schritte von der Hauptstraße und Breckenridge Ski Area. Wir sind günstig am Peak 9 in Warrior's Mark gelegen und machen unsere Wohnung zu einem idealen Ort, um Weltklasse-Skifahren, Abenteuer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu nutzen. Breckenridge Business Lizenz Nr. 40048.

Der Columbine Pool-Komplex befindet sich derzeit im Bau, sollte aber bis zum 1. Dezember abgeschlossen sein. Wenn nicht, werde ich definitiv Pässe für das neu umgebaute Breck Rec Center zur Verfügung stellen.

Die Einheit ist eine geräumige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Bädern - mit einer kompletten Küchenumgestaltung - ideal für Familien, Paare oder Gruppen von Freunden. Das wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung kann bequem 6 Personen in seiner zwei große Schlafzimmer schlafen jede mit eigenem Bad, der Meister hat zwei Doppelbetten und es gibt ein Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Doppelschlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und einladend mit viel Platz für 8, bequem zu sitzen und entspannen Sie in der Art vor dem Gas-Kamin. Das Master-Bad ist ein Muss - mit Französisch Türen aus dem Schlafzimmer ein freistehender Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit notwendigen Koch-und Essgeschirr sowie ein BBQ Grill auf der Terrasse und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit bestückt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Quicksilver 6 er Sesselbahn und 1 Block von der Innenstadt von Breckenridge. Genießen Sie die günstige Lage, aber dennoch mit einem ruhigen Gebäude in der Natur. Ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich, aber es ist überdachte Parkplätze, wenn Sie ein Auto haben (2 Plätze) zu tun.

Genießen Sie die wundervollen Whirlpools im Innen- und Außenbereich sowie den ganzjährig geöffneten Außenpool. Die große Fronteinstieg ermöglicht ausreichend Platz für Jacken und Ski-Ausrüstung (plus einem privaten Stauraum im Erdgeschoss).

Das Gerät verfügt über alle modernen Notwendigkeiten Technologie, High-Speed-Internet, erweitert Kabel, DVD-Player und iPod-Dockingstation.

Bitte nicht rauchen oder Haustiere. Müssen über 25 sein, um zu mieten.

Alle Preise beinhalten eine einmalige Endreinigung. Mitte Endreinigung kann gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr arrangiert werden. Minimum Übernachtung Anforderungen gelten (3 Nächte für off peak / 5 + Nächte für Peak). Steuern werden zusätzlich berechnet.

Great stay

This condo was great, I stayed with my family of 4 but most definitely could hold way more people . It has an open pull in grange which could fit my big truck. It has 3 amazing full size bathroom with a full Kitchen and living room. Perfect place to ski in and out only a 4 minute walk to ski lift. Hot tubs where a little crowd but over all It was a great stay and definitely coming back next Year 10/10 stay

Great Condo!

Great Condo, Great Stay

We loved loved our stay at this Condo. Anne the owner was super attentive and took the time to ensure we had all our questions answered prior and during the stay. The condo is super spacious, very well equipped with all the essentials for your stay and specially for cooking. Let it Snow!

We stayed with 2 grandchildren in this very nice, well equiped and well maintained condo very close to the base of Peak 9. It was like staying at a friend's place while they were away. Basic condiments like olive oil, butter, seasonings as well as pantry supplies like plastic storage bags and paper towels were on hand. The baths were well supplied with towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. The owner was easily available by phone or text during our visit although we merely needed info on the roads due to snow. Very satisfied, no complaints.

Wonderful place to stay

My friends and I loved this condo. Anne was a very welcoming host and went out of her way to help us have an amazing stay in Breckenridge. The place is very cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. Great Place!

We stayed five nights at this condo. It is just a few blocks away from the Quicksilver Lift and a few blocks away from town. That's a good thing since it's nearly impossible to find a spot to park on Main Street in the evenings. The unit is stocked full of everything you could possibly need. We loved relaxing in the living room with the fire going. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Definitely would stay again.

Anne, Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family! What a great location; walking distance to town and the ski lifts. We loved the layout of your unit and enjoyed the spaciousness of the living area where we could be together in the evenings after the little ones were put to bed! The kitchen was well stocked with useful appliances, utensils, dry goods, spices, and paper goods. Most impressive was the quality of the cookware in your unit. We like to prepare the majority of our meals, and believe me, it's wonderful to cook in a pan where the food doesn't stick!!! The washer and dryer in the unit was also a big plus since we travel with children! Having laundry detergent on hand was helpful as it is one of those items that cannot be purchased in small quantities for a short stay. Finally, we greatly appreciate the effort you personally put into making our stay more enjoyable, from the seamless check in, to helping locate and return our granddaughter's glasses! We just finished a 5 night stay and found this property very clean and comfortable. At the base of Peak 9, everything was within walking distance. Wonderful place to stay.

We spent 5 nights (2/2 – 2/7) in this lovely unit with another couple. This is a family-owned condo that feels like home. With my daughter working this winter season at Breck, it was super nice to have a cozy, spacious place to visit with her each night. We spent a lot of time in front of that fireplace. The location was excellent for our 4 days of skiing, such an easy walk to the lift. Walking to town is also a snap so we had no need to drive the car once we stocked up on groceries. We cooked breakfast each day, as well as several dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. Actually, we only ate one lunch on the mountain because it was such an easy walk back to the condo. I would highly suggest you check into the condo before going to the grocery. No need to buy seasonings, they were all there. Lots of fresh condiments in the refrigerator as well. I’m used to rentals only providing the bare minimum of supplies, NOT here, Anne has just about everything covered, EVEN toilet paper. ;-) Plenty of fresh towels, comfy beds, ample storage, lots of seating options. Everything was spotless. The ONLY thing missing was a humidifier. Us Ohio folks couldn’t handle the dry air so we ended up borrowing my daughter’s unit to help us all sleep through the night. Check-in was simple. Anne was always available and ready to answer questions. She even checked in with us to make sure we made it safely through the snowstorm to the airport. Thank you for checking, Anne! I do hope to someday stay again and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Its all in the details

Condo was very clean, even the carpet was immaculate!..., which is hard to maintain considering the amount of foot traffic going in and out during snow season. Definitely walking distance to Peak 9, its not ski in/out, but its close enough and easy to get to the slopes. Very well decorated. They have basic pantry items for your use including things like spices, olive oil, etc. so if you want to cook a meal, you don't have to go out and buy the small stuff like salt and pepper. The pillows could use some updating, they're a little flat, but thats what I find in most VRBO rentals, and in some hotels, so not a deal breaker. I wish the key code to the front door worked, that would make things easier so you don't have to take an actual key with you, which is easy to lose on the slopes. Love the little extras like free Wifi, Apple TV, stocked pantry and all the little soaps and things in each bathroom. I love that the bathroom has heated floors. The owners obviously spent some time and money renovating that bathroom because its fabulous. I found it a little warm at night, even in the winter. Not terrible, but I assume there's no AC and I can't crack a window because its 2 degrees outside which would make it too cold, but again, not a deal breaker. The owner texted me during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory, which I appreciate. I'm sure they pay a management company to handle everything so they didnt have to do that. The owner was great to work with and very organized and obviously holds a high standard considering how clean and tidy this place is kept. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Spring Break Family w/kids and grandkids

We loved our time here....what a great find for our family. We will definitely be back again. The extra personal touches Anne adds for arrival are perfect after a long and tiring drive. We loved the decor and were pleased to see such great attention to detail in the furnishings. They were well made and the unit looked as though it was a full time private residence (rather than being filled with outdated hand me downs as we have sadly experienced in other rentals) It was great to see the pantry was stocked so well, so we could cross those basics off our store list. The kitchen was well stocked for all of the cooking we did. There was a good assortment of games available to entertain the kids and the adults. The beds were comfy and soft and having 3 bathrooms with 6 of us was a big help in getting everyone out the door to hit the slopes. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Maggie and Quick Silver lift. We thoroughly enjoyed having a grille to cook on and then being able to head over and relax in the hot tub at the Columbine facility. (quick heads up, don't use the walkways through Columbine to come back from skiing,...we were scolded quite well by a resident there on our last day as we walked our overtired 3 yr old granddaughter through on the way back from the Maggie) We had quite a treat one afternoon, as we were able to see a mama moose and her calf walk through, snacking on tress, right next to the pool area. Our granddaughters (and the rest of us) were ecstatic to be able to watch from a distance. Thank you, Anne, for your hospitality in sharing this condo with our family.

Exceeded our Expectations!

Our family of four (2 college age kids) had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again. This is the fifth condo we have stayed in at Breckenridge/Keystone, and by far the best. It was very quiet, clean, updated and a great location. Many features were guest friendly: well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, ample linen, large closets. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect location for Breck ski week

The condo is in a perfect location to walk to the slopes and to Main Street, either one is less than a five minute walk. We were a group of six adults on a ski vacation and it suited us very well. The condo is only one floor up, so not too much climbing, and the front door goes directly to the outside, which is convenient. The ski storage area was warm and secure. The condo was well stocked, with toiletries in the bathrooms and almost anything we needed in the kitchen, including spices, a few baking ingredients, and condiments in the fridge. The space was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating in the living and dining room areas. The master suite was spacious and had a full size washer/dryer and full bath. The second bedroom was a bit tight with two queen beds, but a large closet in the bathroom allowed for plenty of storage space. The twin pullout couches were not all that comfortable, but nice to have as extra sleep space. Both bedrooms had TVs. The grill worked great and the terrace would be perfect in warmer weather. We did not use the hot tub or pool as it was too cold to walk to in the evenings. The owner was responsive and provided directions on how to get to the condo and things to do around Breckenridge. I highly recommend the property and would stay there again if given the chance.

Very spacious condo. Great location, 5 to 7 min. walk to Quick Silver Ski Lift.

Nice location 5 to 7 min. walk to the Quick Silver lift. The walk is on road between condos (not through the snow). The condo is very cozy with nice gas log fireplace in the living room. Very clean, beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Owner is very friendly and informative.

We came to Colorado in 1969 for a quick weekend and have never left. Living in Denver provides such great access to nature's playground that we finally decided to 'buy' the vacation and purchased our first Breckenridge condo in 1992. Our family now consists of three generations - 2 generations of native Coloradans - and many wonderful memories have been shared in Breckenridge.

This is our second Breckenridge condo. We chose Breckenridge because of the easy access from Denver - quick enough to get to - yet world's away from our everyday lives. Not everyone in our family skis, and this location is perfect for all - walking distance to the lifts and ski school as well as Main Street with great shopping and dining!

There is space for everyone to be together after a great day on the mountain (and after going to the hot tub - soaking outside while star gazing), playing cards, enjoying a movie or even just sitting and connecting by the fire - family time as it should be. Vacationing in a condo allows us to be together with our family and with friends - the full kitchen means wonderful home cooked breakfasts and the gas grill has provided us with feasts without ever having to leave home. Breckenridge offers so many winter activities from on-mountain adventure to sledding and one or our favorites - making snow angels outside the condo. For those looking to experience more of Colorado, within less than an hour you can be at five other World Class ski resorts - Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain Keystone, and A-Basin or enjoy a drive to Leadville - the nation's only two-mile high town to experience what the west used to be like. In the end, whatever you do, you can't go wrong with an escape to Breckenridge.
