As you step inside, you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings and a spacious open floor plan. A quaint pink couch and two armrest chairs provide an intimate sitting area upon entering the home. Just around the corner you’ll find the main living space. Offering two sofas and two armrest chairs this area is perfect for entertaining. A stove fireplace keeps the room cozy during chilly mountain evenings while the flatscreen tv allows you to watch your favorite show in comfort. Just steps away enjoy a fun game of pac man at the arcade game table.

Head into the spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up something delicious. Large countertops provide plenty of meal prep space for preparing food. A standard coffee pot is also provided for you to use during your stay. Seating for three can be found at the kitchen bar while additional seating for six can be found at the dining room table.

Through the dining room you’ll gain access to the back deck and the half an acre backyard! Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air and flawless Big Bear weather. Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee and good conversation at the table for eight. The backyard is fully fenced so you can let your kids explore without worry. Follow the walkway in the backyard and you’ll find a propane grill, perfect for grilling up steaks as you enjoy the surrounding scenery. Back up on the deck, gather around the firepit and enjoy the starry night sky as you make memories with family and friends while relaxing in the Hot Tub. 

Settle down for the night after your adventurous day in the Big Bear mountains. Four bedrooms wait to provide you with a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom offers a king size bed and attached master bathroom with double sinks, a walk in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom provides a queen size bed and spacious closet for storing your belongings. The kids will love the third bedroom which provides two fun twin over twin treehouse style bunk beds. The last bedroom provides another queen size bed and plenty of windows for natural lighting. A fifth room can also be found in the home and has been transformed into an office space, giving you a quiet place to finish up work if needed. The sofa in the office room can also pull out into a bed for additional sleeping space.

Note: This property allows 2 dogs with a 40 lb weight limit per dog. Additional pets, or failure to clean up after them, will result in a loss of deposit.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
