Wedding Weekend Stay
This was a charming two bedroom home. I booked it for myself (bride), my bridesmaid, and her husband. The location of this rental was in perfect distance from my venue but also close enough for shopping and dining. Check-in and check-out directions were very clear and easy to follow. The host answered any questions we had promptly and professionally. We encountered no problems with our stay. Also, the beds were heavenly. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Newnan.

Stay in Newnan, GA
Communications with the property owner was extremely difficult due to their automated response system which only recognizes specific words and phrases. After several email messages the morning of check in, I finally received a call from Ryan's office and was provided check in information. This is why I have rated the home the way I did. The home is as pictured and was very comfortable and is located close to downtown Newnan.

The interior is nicely updated, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functional - very nice to have a full bath for each bedroom! We were staying for one night for business, so we didn't really use any of the kitchen, so I can't speak to how well any of the appliances work or how nice the plates, cookware, etc. are. The only criticism would be the neighborhood. It might make less worldly travelers uncomfortable. The neighborhood looks like it's being renewed, but isn't 100% there yet.

Blue Skies was a perfect place for what we needed. Great location for off time, quite neighborhood, very clean and Ryan the host was always available to communicate and made sure to check with us throughout the week to ensure we had what we needed.

Home away from home
I loved my stay at this property. It felt like a home away from home. Great decor and spacious, comfy couch and the bed was so comfortable. The outdoor space was great too and we enjoyed our morning tea on the deck and dinners in the evening. Easy 15 minute walk to historic Newnan for restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
Not only was our stay excellent - the home was charming and comfortable, with everything as pictured and such a smooth check-in process - but Ryan was also incredibly friendly and helpful. He was willing to be flexible to accommodate our travel needs and was very responsive and obliging. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this little home! I took my kids to the area so we could see the location sites where TWD and Stranger Things were filmed. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, the house was perfect for the 3 of us. My kids and I all would recommend this house and Ryan to anyone!

Ok , but room for improvement
Upon arrival, concerned about where this house was, but close to town. Not as clean as expected. Shower in master had mold and hair. Walls Looked like prep for painting, but unfinished, looked bad, new appliances but no ice in freezer. Range top dirty oven dirty. No salt and pepper, no toaster, not enough kitchen countertop room. Floors were new but every step produced squeak. Fan in master made too much noise, could not use. No holders for toilet paper, paper cheap and scratchy, no hair dryer. Sent more detail with photos to email. Someone moved in the basement during our stay. Texted and asked for a tech to come by and fix something although we did not ask for it. Asked me to wash and dry all sheets and towels, but I could not as my husband is handicapped , we had to be out by 10:30. I would not rent again. Could be so much better, but missed the mark.
