Life in the Bay...
Located on E Gable Road. This Home & Apartment Combo (the apartment is located above the garage) have ample living space for a group of 12.
The Home is a spacious 2.5 Bedroom home with 2 full baths and comfortably sleeps 6. This home features a step down, window filled living room that overlooks beautiful Sturgeon Bay and Adelaide Island offering amazing sunrises. A spacious dining and entry room. The galley kitchen is spacious with room to do lots of cooking. 1 full bathroom with laundry on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2.5 bedrooms. Extra-large Master features a Queen bed and full view of the lake. Bedroom two features a full bed and bedroom 3 (.5) is small but perfect for a child and has a twin bed, across from this 1/2 bedroom is an open area that has a second twin bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs with shower as well. Access to the upstairs apartment from upstairs of the main home through a door you follow a walkway to the apartment or use the exterior stairs between both spaces.
The Apartment is a spacious 2 Bedroom home with 1 full baths and comfortably sleeps 6. This space features handcrafted cedar throughout that is quite remarkable, giving the apartment exceptional charm. You will feel at home the moment you walk through the door. The living room and dining room feature an open floor plan with the galley kitchen semi-open to both spaces. The bathroom countertop is made from the highly sought-after puddingstone and shows the true beauty they possess. Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed and is a bright and airy, large space. Bedroom 2 features a Full bed and two Twin beds.
This waterfront property has a sandy beach and a dock (Due to low water levels this year the dock is not useable. Nates Marina is just a mile down the road). A small deck on the shoreline offers a wonderful place to sip your morning coffee and soak in the sunrise or enjoy an evening campfire. A large yard that will easily accommodate a large group of 12.
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.
