Welcome to Pelican’s Perch! A beautifully remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo ON THE BEACH! Enjoy views of the ocean from your large balcony (including amazing SUNSET views)! This condo is loaded with all essentials to ensure a wonderful stay, including beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas (please note- specific beach gear cannot be guaranteed and may vary from gear shown in pictures). The balcony doors are situated such that you get direct views of the ocean while sitting on the couch. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything one should need including a blender, air fryer, griddle, waffle maker, mixer, crockpot, lots of pots and pans and plenty of serve ware, dish ware, and utensils. The condo has WiFi and cable. The cable comes on the main television and the television in the Master bedroom. All televisions have ability for you to access Netflix, etc. using your own sign in information. There is also a Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room and a DVD player in the second bedroom. We have a good supply of movies for all ages! Games and puzzles are available for use on those rainy days. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and an additional floor fan for your comfort. All mattresses are less than two years old and there are extra pillows and blankets for a good night's rest! The master bath boasts a BRAND NEW WALK-IN SHOWER! We use our condo for our own vacations so we ensure that your every need will be met. We also make regular visits to the condo to ensure everything is working correctly.

This resort is beach front with several outdoor pools (including a kiddie pool, a large saltwater pool, and a huge indoor saltwater pool) and an indoor and outdoor hot tub. There are also tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sauna, library, and workout room for your enjoyment. The resort just added a brand new huge 10-person hot tub that is on the first floor of the building. NEW grills and picnic tables are also available. The main room of the resort has vending machines for sodas, water, and snacks and bags of ice are available for purchase at the main pool area. Kiva Dunes golf course is steps away and a marina and boat launch are right across the street. Restaurant ON SITE as well- open for lunch, and dinner! Brand new specialty coffee, smoothie, and ice cream shop ON SITE! The indoor hot tub, saunas, exercise room, library, and restaurant are all on the first floor of the building- making for very easy access! This place literally has everything you need for a great getaway!
