THIS LISTING IS FOR SIDE B ONLY. Small fridge, micro, shower. Private entrance. Washer/dryer available that is shared with Side A.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Pets are not allowed unless discussed with owner prior. No parties unless you have permission or extra people staying in the unit.
