⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Our Hot Tub is fully operational, clean, sanitized, and ready for your enjoyment! Just a friendly reminder, as stated in our listing description and captions, that our hot tub is communal and shared with other guests on the property. 🙂

Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are fully permitted with the city.
