The Space:

This awesome home has been totally revamped to be your perfect vacation headquarters. Picture yourself kicking back after a big day, whipping up snacks in the well-stocked kitchen, and heading out to the incredible backyard for even more fun!

LIVING ROOM:
Crash on the comfy couch in front of the 55-inch Smart TV and catch up on your favorite shows. Extra guests? No problem with the queen pull-out sofa bed!
DINING ROOM:
Gather 'round the table for good eats and even better stories about your day's adventures. The open layout keeps everyone connected, no matter where the fun takes them.
KITCHEN:
This kitchen is ready for anything! From quick snacks to full-on feasts, you've got everything you need to fuel your crew. Kid-friendly dishes make mealtime a breeze.
BEDROOM 1 (Upstairs):
Retreat to this chill master bedroom with a plush king-sized bed – the perfect spot to recharge after a big day.
BEDROOM 2 (Upstairs):
This cozy room with a comfy queen-sized bed is ideal for couples or solo adventurers.
BEDROOM 3 (Downstairs):
Unwind in this laid-back space featuring a queen-sized bed.
BEDROOM 4 (Downstairs):
Perfect for kids or friends, this room offers two twin beds ready for fun sleepover vibes.
LIVING ROOM: The queen-sized pull-out sofa bed means extra sleeping space for your crew. There is also a 4k 55" Smart Roku TV for picking up right where you left off with your favorite shows and movies.
BATHROOMS: Two sparkling clean bathrooms mean no waiting! The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo, while the downstairs bathroom has a stand-up shower. We've got you covered with plush towels, toiletries, and some extras just in case.

BACKYARD BLISS:
This space is seriously awesome! Dine outside, fire up the BBQ grill, and hang around the huge fire pit for s'mores and stargazing. Plus, it backs up to open space for that wide-open Colorado feel.
RELAX & RESET:
Hit the shared hot tub to soak tired muscles (the rest of the backyard is yours alone!). Then, take relaxation to the next level in the new barrel sauna.
PLAY TIME: Practice your putt on the private putting green and snap some fun pics by the Instagram-worthy mural – created by a local artist!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house and private backyard! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time 😊

The Neighborhood:
Just north of Uintah St and west of I-25, our home is just a few minutes from both downtown COS and Old Colorado City!

Getting Around:
Find grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bars and breweries all within a 10-15 minute drive depending on what you're looking for!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Our Hot Tub is fully operational, clean and sanitized, and ready for your enjoyment! Just a friendly reminder, as stated in our listing description and captions, that our hot tub is communal and shared with our other guests on the property :)

Don't worry about our stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.
