Please Note: The garage is currently reserved for owner use only and is not accessible to guests. All guests are required to use the designated outdoor parking area provided on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

☀ What does the drive there look like?
➜ Transparently, the drive up to the property can be steep and winding. We do recommend arriving before sundown, as it can be uncomfortable/ scary to navigate in the dark. If you are terribly uncomfortable with driving on mountains, we will miss getting to host you and recommend another property. BUT, if you can try it out, the immaculate views and natural coziness are what make Gatlinburg the tried and true mountain destination.

☀Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ Sadly, no it is not, as there are several steps required for main-level entry.

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

☀ How many pets are allowed and is there a fee?
➜ We will accept up to 3 pets, and a pet fee of $100 + tax per pet, applies. We want to make sure those pets get to stay with you, but that means we also understand there can be some hiccups. This fee is so that we can ensure our cleaners get paid for the little extra work furry family members require!

☀Is there enough room for my pets to use the bathroom/ get exercise?
➜ There is plenty of room! One of the great features of this property is the large yard (accessible from the main-floor deck).
