Larger groups can book both The Garnet Owl and adjoining Ruby Owl for a combined 6BR/6BA retreat that sleeps up to 14 guests. While the townhouses share a front deck, private walls ensure peace, privacy, and comfort for each side.

You will have complete access to the property during your stay, except for one small closet in the main level bedroom containing cleaning materials and house supplies. The cabin is equipped with high-speed internet and smart TVs so that you can stream your favorite services - just bring your login details. Cable TV is not provided.
If you need anything during your stay, someone will always be available to assist you.
HOUSE RULES - Guests are required to review the House Rules and sign a renter agreement. Some notable rules include:
1. Security Hold: A $500 hold will be placed on a major credit card prior to arrival to cover damages.
2. Occupants: Maximum 7 guests unless written permission is provided. Visitors count toward occupancy.
3. Parties/Gatherings: Large gatherings and events are strictly prohibited. Small gatherings must adhere to noise and occupancy rules.
4. Noise: Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.
5. Parking: Max 3 vehicles. No oversized vehicles, RVs, or trailers.
6. Pets: Dogs only (max 2) must be registered at the time of booking. Dogs must be housebroken, quiet, crated when unattended, and under 50 lbs.
7. Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
8. Barbecue Grill: Charcoal grill provided. Use only in open areas, not under decking.
9. Fire Pit: Enjoy responsibly.
10. Late Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM EST. Late check-outs incur escalating fines.
11. No Refunds: No refunds for weather or events outside the owners' control. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the case of unexpected travel disruptions.
