Maple Lawn - Maple Lawn

Overview:

Maple Lawn is a sparking clean and tastefully decorated two bed and one bath home. It is secluded and has a beautiful lawn and play set for your children, and a porch for your de-stressing needs. We can ensure your stay will be a relaxing one. Our rental is forty minutes from Cincinnati and twenty minutes from Perfect North ski resort.



We have a kitchen equipped for basic cooking and baking, and a spacious dining and living area. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with a full size bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that provides one more bed. One full bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a spacious porch round out the cottage.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Please note that GPS may lead you to the neighbor's house. Kindly look for the mailbox with the property name and address clearly written on it.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Quiet and cozy!

We enjoyed our second stay at Maple Lawn. It’s close enough to everything you need but far away from the fast pace of everyday. It was clean, cozy and the beds were comfy.

Lovely getaway

Nice quiet place

We were in town for a Spartan so we didn’t spend much time on property. It was wonderfully clean, well organized and had everything we needed. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Amazing

We loved everything about the house. It had everything we needed and more. The fresh baked cookies were delicious and nice to have after the long car ride there. Definitely would come back for another stay.

Loved staying here!

We loved staying here! Lots of fun activities to do at the barndo. Plenty of land surrounding it! Peaceful! Saw a deer in the backyard while we ate dinner one night! Owner was attentive to our needs! Next time we come back to this area, we would love to stay here again!

Great escape

This was a wonderful place for us...the kids had a blast playing in the yard and the garage was a great playroom for them..while the adults enjoyed the disk golf and playing pool. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return to this property. ❤️

Quiet, clean, refreshing

Our family really enjoyed the remote comfortable house with a nice outdoor swing set, fire pit, porch swing, grill, and chairs to relax outside as well as the pool table and area inside for the kids to play.

Lovely appointed home. Clean and inviting. Nice big yard and outside space to contemplate. Off the road and private and very safe. Good house rules book to know where things are and what to do! Pick this one, you won't regret it!

Cozy, quiet escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity every arose. You could tell the owners went out of their way to make their guests a priority and have created a nice retreat. It was very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the oven was the cleanest oven I had ever seen! We appreciate the hospitality and hope to return in the future when it is warmer so we can enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. Thanks for everything!

Our stay was great. The house was very well stocked with items for our stay. We loved the house. The only down fall is that they do not have TV. We enjoy waking up and watching the news in the mornings to get our day started and we do family movie night and we were not able to do that. Other than that we loved the house and will be looking forward to staying again.

Family reunion off-site

Stayed at this property while family hosted a reunion in Versailles. Very clean home. The grounds were also very pretty; saw deer most mornings. I was a bit confused by the house rule “no alcohol (wine exception).” There’s already a rule against hosting parties, so I’m not sure why you would also need to rule out beer or spirits.

Directions

Need a sign pointing to the driveway of the house. GOS takes you to the wrong driveway and the occupant of that house is not very friendly. He is actually very confrontational and in happy about multiple guest turning in his driveway or at least that is what he expressed to me.

Relaxing and Convenient

We love this property. We would love to have a TV we could catch weather and news on though. Streaming would be fine. No cable necessary. We did have a tiny snafu with not having dishwasher pods, but we made it work. We will definitely be back. Our Dad loves the Friendship Flea Market, and at 86 and terminal, we try to accommodate any wishes he has. We have 2 years of memories with him at the house and hope to make more in the fall. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home and spend some quality time with our Daddio.

Family road trip

This property was beautiful. I agree with a previous reviewer from July that it should be WELL marked that there is no TV. I went with my family and had my disabled Dad with me. While we obviously enjoy family time, and had plenty of it, it would have been nice for him to have been able to relax with the TV or movie. I understand why people don't want a cable bill...no one including myself does, but streaming is an option for the cost of a smart TV. And let me make a plea for a hot tub while I'm at it. It would be nothing short of perfection with those additions! Loved the stay though. Will be back.

Quiet, Clean & Comfortable Pole-Barn home, just off the beaten path~ but not far from town. ❤️Owners have supplied & stocked with all the necessities for meal prep, laundry, & showers & many extra special touches that make it feel like home! I loved the location, & also the cookies were much appreciated after a long drive. 🥰 I’d definitely stay again, and bring friends next time to play pool with me ❤️ Thank you for a very nice stay. ☀️❤️
