Garden House - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet still conveniently located. Garden House is less than a 10 minute ride to All Star Village baseball tournaments in Oneonta NY. It is also in close proximity to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College in Oneonta. Other attractions near by include Gilbert Lake State Park, Ommegang Brewery and The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

It sits on a well groomed lot with floral gardens that have been planned to be in bloom continually from early spring to late summer. There is a pleasant stone patio in the back yard that is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large well-groomed back yard. Plenty of room to practice baseball skills!

This inviting home has a large living room and a separate dining room. A recently built breezeway flows out to a stone patio area with gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - one bath on each floor. The baths have been updated with contemporary tile work. The interior is very well kept and has a comfortable inviting atmosphere. A game room in the finished basement gives you a chance to unwind.

Note: In the winter months the breezeway is unavailable as it is used as a greenhouse for outside plants.
Your host/owner lives in a separate wing of the home; they are nearby if you need help and they will give you your privacy.

Beautiful house

We stayed for a week while our son played at All Star Village. The Garden House was perfect for the week! Located an easy 5 miles from the fields. The house was very clean and well maintained. Perfect Location and Home for ASV

Beautiful property, inside and out. Location was perfect for a family with a player at All Star Village. Homeowners were extremely kind and accommodating. They made our experience in Cooperstown so comfortable and warm. Would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Such a great property!

This property was perfect for us! House was comfortable, clean, and location to All Star Village was perfect! Having a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning was so peaceful. Hosts were amazing! Communicating through text message, made it so easy. Anything we needed, or any question we had Dave and Anne responded immediately. I would definitely come back here and stay. The garden house

What a wonderful home to relax it’s after a full day of baseball! It is conveniently located 8 minutes from ASV and local shopping. Dave and Anne made us feel like family and had all the bases covered. Their yard is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The home was so clean and comfortable. Fantatsic Home!

This was definitely home away from home. We stayed for our daughter's graduation and felt so welcomed by Anne and Dave. They were great hosts who met us at the property to show us the house and the ins and outs of the property. The home was very clean and so comfortable. The bedrooms were big and the beds, pillows and linens very comfortable as well. There is a beautiful sunroom where we enjoyed morning coffee and a fully stocked kitchen. The yard is a gardener's dream, so beautiful. We highly recommend this rental!

Garden House Stay

We were two retired couples visiting Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. The Garden House was a short drive from Cooperstown in a lovely location. The home is an older home with lots of hardwood flooring and trim. The yard and landscaping was very pretty. Anne and Dave are great hosts and a pleasure to meet. We were able to check out Oneonta and Cooperstown which were both quaint and nice places to visit.

Nice place to enjoy and relax.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. We were here for baseball at Cooperstown and even though it was 13 miles from the Dreampark, we enjoyed the 20 minute drive every day. Even our player wanted to come to the house and hang out and play pool. I sure enjoyed sipping coffee out on the back patio in the morning, the flowers were just gorgeous and your town was so quiet. For an older home it was very well kept and updated. Dave met us at the house at check in and was eager to make sure if we needed anything to just let him know. I just can't say enough of how enjoyable out week was.
