Our 3 bd, 2 bath unit sleeps 6 and is located on one of the most desirable sections of beach side in Seawoods. Enjoy some of the complex’s many amenities including 3 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, 2 clubhouses, and saunas.

Walk across to the “no drive” section of the beach for a more relaxed day or load up your vehicle to drive out on the beach set up!

Great stay, fantastic location with everything imaginable in the condo. Pools, pickle and tennis courts, five minutes from phenomenal beaches. Don’t hesitate.

Wonderful condo, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a two week stay. Could only figure out two of the TV's, but that was enough for us, lol! Nice place and will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was well stocked with beach supplies and anything else we needed, and the host was very helpful and responsive. It's in a quiet location and a short walk away from a beautiful stretch of beach, and is also close to the pool and other amenities.

NSB Getaway

Very nice roomie condo close to the beach. Grocery store, restaurant, hair salon - everything was very accessible. Disney world was just an hour or so away. Had a great time at Magic Kingdom with the family.

Beautiful neighborhood, clean place, & friendly owners

This little condo is set in a quiet, beautifully wooded neighborhood. The condo was super clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable. We were able to communicate with the owners whenever we needed to and they were very friendly. The pool was nice, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and pool.

Great Location, friendly Area

Property was just as described on line. The area contained so many friendly people. We grilled out front one evening, and had groups on golf carts, wanting to buy the burgers. The area is a walk away from the beach, and just a short drive from Daytona, and Orlando. We loved our stay, and hope to be back next year.

NSB Florida Getaway

The property was beautiful, the apartment was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool. This was conveniently located to everything in New Smyrna Beach. There is a nice path to the crosswalk and then another path to the beach, it was about a 5-7 minute walk for us. The complex was very quiet with friendly neighbors walking their dogs. It was perfect for our family.

Great Location - Great Value - Amazing Host

While our trip was unfortunately not a vacation, we wanted a place to relax nearby the beach during our visit. This checked all our boxes and way more! The host was wonderful and very responsive. The unit is on the ground floor and exactly as pictured. The home is beautifully decorated and we were pleasantly surprised the host provides coffee and toiletries in addition to cable tv & beach gear/towels. There is ample guest parking in addition to a reserved space. The condo complex is quaint, people are friendly, and the grounds are very well kept. Plenty of area to walk/ride your bike/etc. The unit is conveniently located near the pedestrian crosswalk to the beach (which crosses the divided highway) and one of the swimming pools. It was great to walk the beach during the day (sunrise if you are willing to get up that early) and stroll around the well-lit condo complex in the evening - the beach was too dark and windy at night during our stay. Being on the main road, it was so easy to get everywhere we needed to be - easy drive to shops, restaurants, and downtown. I managed to sneak a few hours of boogie boarding before heading home and it was fantastic - the Atlantic Ocean was surprisingly warm for April, but it's been a long time since my last visit. Sadly, several homes were destroyed during the recent hurricane, but it didn't impact our stay, the beach was open and no issues. While New Smyrna has grown from a blip on the map to a vacation destination, it has not lost its hometown charm. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
