Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We will look into the issues you mentioned, such as the egg smell from the water and the missing bedroom door, and work to address them. The power outage due to strong winds is an unfortunate event beyond our control, but we will consider installing a backup generator to enhance the guest experience. We're glad to hear you overall enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding your recent stay at our vacation rental. We appreciate your compliments about the cleanliness and overall quality of the cabin. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit. We are sorry to hear that the dishwasher and theater room were not in proper working condition upon your arrival. Our maintenance team was promptly informed, and they addressed the issues the following day. We understand that the dishwasher continued to have problems, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the intermittent functionality of the theater room during your stay. We acknowledge that this must have been frustrating for you. Regarding your communication with our front desk and maintenance team, we apologize if there were any delays or difficulties in responding to your inquiries. It is regrettable that your message was not promptly returned, and we understand that this added to your frustration. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved these matters. We would like to address your concerns about the conversation you had with our manager regarding vouchers for the inconvenience caused. It is never our intention to be rude or disrespectful to our guests, and we apologize if you felt that way during the conversation. We take your feedback seriously, and we will review the situation internally to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. We value your feedback and the opportunity to improve our services. We would like to assure you that billing guests for vouchers received is not our policy, and any misunderstanding in that regard is deeply regretted. We are glad to hear that, despite the challenges you faced, you were still able to enjoy your time together as a family. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and any negative feelings that may have resulted from our conversation. We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future, giving us the chance to provide you with the exceptional vacation experience you deserve. If there is anything else we can assist you with or if you have any further feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Warm regards,

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a clean, welcoming space for all guests, but we must address your concerns. Upon checkout, we found the property trashed and in a condition that required a full day to clean, far beyond what our standard cleaning fee covers. Excessive trash, significant messes, and damages were documented with photos. Our policies state clearly no house parties, including trash limits and cleaning expectations, are clearly outlined. While we understand the challenges of hosting a large group, compliance ensures a positive experience for everyone. Regarding the cabin’s condition, we regularly maintain and inspect our properties. Had you reported issues during your stay, we would have addressed them promptly. Due to these circumstances, we cannot welcome you back to our rentals in the future. We appreciate your understanding and wish you the best in your travels. Kind regards,
