The Space:
Welcome to a haven nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of Appalachian mountains. As you step inside our warm and inviting mountain retreat, the open-plan living area captivates with its rustic elegance, expansive picture-windows boasting mountain views, high ceilings, and ambient lighting. Sink into cozy, sumptuous sofas by our indoor fireplace, creating a perfect setting for family bonding.

If you have a flair for cooking, our fully equipped gourmet kitchen is thoughtfully curated with everything you might need, from a coffee maker to barbecue utensils. Savor your homemade delicacies in our intimate dining area or al fresco on the wraparound deck overlooking the scenic vistas.

Retreat to any of our four comfortable bedrooms, each boasting plush beds and premium linens. The master suite features a king-size bed and en-suite bathrooms, while the other three bedrooms offer a mix of bed arrangements, including cozy bunk beds - all ensuring a restful night`s sleep.

Our retreat doesn`t just stop indoors. Step outside to our wraparound deck, home to our hot tub or seasonal pool (mid-May to end of Sept), where you can soak in your surroundings under the sun or stars. For those who seek a bit of adventure, our game room with a pool table, a ping-pong table, and console games is sure to evoke fun-filled memories.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home, including smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning, washer, dryer, free parking, and many more amenities, making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, furnished with keyless entry for hassle-free self-check-in and flexibility in arrival times. For your convenience, complimentary outdoor parking is available on premises. The garage space is excluded from the rental.

Other Things to Note:
Our home offers a serene retreat where the holiday season can be enjoyed to its fullest. As winter blankets the surroundings, snuggle up by our indoor fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa and a good book. Or challenge your friends and family to a game room marathon. The winter season also marks the perfect time for stargazing from our hot tub under crisp, clear skies.

Looking to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day or President`s Day in a unique way? Schedule a long weekend getaway, exploring local sites and retreating back to a luxurious space that feels like home. And come Easter Sunday, enjoy an egg hunt in our spacious outdoor area, followed by a delicious feast prepared in our gourmet kitchen.

For the foodies among us, delight in a diverse range of local cuisines at Mack`s Bingo Kitchen or Lost River Trading Post, both within a few minutes` drive.

Please abide by house rules including quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM to maintain the tranquillity of the environment.

Note: Our property operates on a case-by-case pet policy with a fee of $100 per pet; however, keep in mind, we do not permit cats. The maximum number of pets allowed is two.

We have a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)

Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities allow you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so quietly.

Our quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am to help preserve the serenity of the woods for our neighbors and your fellow guests.

Fires can be started at 5 pm and must not be burning by 6 am the following morning. This is different from a rule we came up with; local authorities are issuing tickets.

When using a fire pit, please do NOT leave it unattended; you should use the fire screen and be sure the fire is extinguished before you turn in for the night.

Outside of quiet hours, please refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors.

Please keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible. We are located in the woods near a body of water, so bugs will make their way inside if given a chance.

Please leave the place as you found it.

Please leave the grill where it is.

Please place bagged trash in the black garbage can in the garage. If you don`t bag your garbage and place it loosely in the garbage can, you will be subject to a $40 bagging fee.

Pets: Welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. Our pet fee is $100 per pet and is charged through the platform when booking when you add pet guests to your reservation.

If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out, and we can send you an alteration request.

If you bring an unregistered pet (not on the reservation), you will be subject to a $150 pet fee.

Please keep your pups on a leash outside. Beware of wildlife, such as rattlesnakes, that may be dangerous for pets.

Please clean up any pet waste in the yard.

Hot Tub: Please shower with soap before you enter. Please do not bring glass in or near the hot tub. Turn off the jets after use and return the cover after use. Do not bring food into the hot tub area. It can create a mess and attract bugs. No pets of any kind or size in the hot tub. No Soaps, Dyes, Bubbles, ETC. Are allowed to be added to the water. Keep ALL bodily fluids inside your own body. Please refrain from spilling drinks. If the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to guest negligence, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation.

Garage space: Is not part of the rental.
