The Space:
The main house was renovated in 2019 to be a completely fresh and modern space for our guests to enjoy.
Entering the home you’ll find a spacious dining table and sectional with oversized pillows for lunging while watching your favorite shows on the Frame TV. Right next door is the first bedroom that includes a king bed and Frame TV. The bedroom also features a closet perfect for storing your clothing and belongings. The next bedroom has two full beds, a closet, and a dedicated workspace area.
The home also has a full sized custom kitchen. The cabinetry is finished in a moody white with silver hardware. Here you’ll find everything you’ll need to feel right at home! Just behind the kitchen is a large laundry room with washer/dryer and a second closet for clothing storage. We’ve also included luggage storage, full sized hamper basket.
The bathroom features a custom vanity, mirror and full size shower. Enjoy a large rain shower head while getting ready in a fresh and clean space! There is also a fully stocked linen closet in the laundry room. Here you’ll find pool towels, extra linens for bedding + bath, umbrellas, extra toiletries, and first aid kit.
The primary bedroom includes a king sized bed and is topped with layers of cozy linens and pillows for the best sleep away from home! You also have 2 nightstands and a 6 drawer dresser for even more storage during your stay. Enjoy a cozy night in and watch movies from your bed!
To top it off you have a private backyard for sitting and reading or a backyard workout session! Please note that you can request for the communal table in the backyard to be cleaned when planning for a garden dinning.

When you arrive at The Hampton House you’ll notice the driveway is quite large. The home includes up to 3 onsite parking spaces for you. Street parking is also an option if you prefer it.

You will be in the middle of it all! We are located close to Historic Grandview Heights, the Cid, Prospect Park and others that have hundreds of historic homes each one different from the next. We are steps away from the intracoastal where you can enjoy day time/evening strolls or exercising. The home is located within 2 miles from downtown West Palm Beach and all that it has to offer.
