Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Located 10 minutes from downtown Grand Junction, the GJ regional airport & the Grand Valley OHV area. Relax after your day of Colorado adventures and enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Kid friendly home with enough room for everyone. Large walk-in shower with dual rain showerheads' in the Master Bathroom. Relax in the 6 person hot tub open year round.

After a day of exploring the Grand Valley enjoy the Western Colorado sunset while relaxing in the 6 person hot tub.

We love to share with others the epic wonders of Western Colorado. We work here, live here, and adventure here. We love spending time finding new trails to explore with our Dog, Ziggy.
