Hi Arwa, we are so sorry to read your comments but we need to explain what really happened. First of all need to be honest, and in 4+ years renting short terms never had this type of issues with guests. You were expecting a 5 stars hotel kind of service, with a full time concierge and house keeping which is quite different from short time rentals. We provide a clean apartment with all the amenities so you can feel like home. The apartment listing shows everything it has and unfortunately heater is not listed because is not common to use in bogota we don’t have winter seasons and we provide enough blankets without any complaints from guests. We provide you with all the instructions to use the stove but you were so impatient that did not stop to read and hear what we told you. We provide you with a step by step explanation and a written manual on how to use it bur it was not enough for you. Kitchen supplies are enough for a basic cooking for three, seems that you want to cook something “special” and for special requirements we do recommend you to ask in advance if the apartment includes those special utensils. We provide everything you need, explain every little thing you ask, but seems it was not enough for you, we are so sad to read your review.
