Its over top our south side garage & we include (340 sq ft) 1 side of the 2 car private climate controlled garage for your car or toys to use with plenty of off street parking. Its located in a quiet waterfront community on a dead end street. It’s a great place for peace & quiet while your enjoying a private far infrared sauna, or Jacuzzi hot tub. The bathroom also contains a luxury 8 nozzle sit down massage shower along with dual sinks & a bidet toilet. King size bed & a comfortable couch & Recliner & a desk with rolling office chair. There is also a fully equipped Kitchenette , Sink, Refrigerator, microware, filter coffee maker, blender, paper towels etc. There is a picnic table outside along with a portable grill if you want to enjoy the outdoors. You can walk down to the community fishing dock if you like to see some water or fish. WIFI Is 1000mb Verizon Fios.
