This beautiful well appointed house is the perfect spot to spend your well deserved vacation. The tasteful decor of the house will immediately make you feel at home. It has all the amenities you will need to make your stay as comfortable as can be. And to top it off, the breathtaking view will make your jaw drop.

Villa Aleva is located in a popular and secure gated community close to the center of Atenas, known for it´s best climate of the world. The property offers a lot of privacy.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom at the back of the house has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The sliding doors give offer you the full view and you can step out to the pool area directly from the room. The second bedroom on the other side of the house also has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The large windows also offer a great view. The third bedroom is also has a king size bed in it
The bathroom for this bedroom is in the hallway. The large living area with open style kitchen offers everything you can wish for. The kitchen area is spacious and has all the amenities. The seating area has a comfortable couch for you to relax on, read a book or watch TV. The large glass sliding doors make the house light and you can take in the amazing view from all around the room.
Step outside and enjoy the large covered patio. It has a large dining table where you can enjoy a meal you prepared on the grill. Or step into the crystal clear pool or relax on one of the loungers. Everywhere you look you will be able to see that stunning view. And when it get darks you get to enjoy the night view and see the lights of San José in the distance. It can´t get any better!!

As an additional service to our house guests, they can arrange airport transfers to help you avoid the potential hassles you can experience in getting from and to the property on your travel days
They also arrange car rentals and advise on activities. They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner. What to think of a relaxing massage at the property, it can all be arranged. After booking they will reach out to you to provide all the information you need.

In the house you will find a guest manual that gives you all the information that you need on the property, the town of Atenas (restaurants, shops, medical assistance) and the extra services offered to out guests.

The standard rate is based on 4 people. For every extra guest there is a $15 per person per night fee. Guests staying longer than 14 days a bi-weekly cleaning is included.

Check in: Between 4 PM and 9 PM.
Check-out: Before 10 AM
