We are delighted to offer you our farmhouse-themed, historical 3-bedroom upper flat. Only a few steps from the beautiful Lake Michigan. This updated, original hardwood floor home from the early 1900's offers you a warm, cozy & yet modern amenities. All with the convenience to explore Bayview and Milwaukee.

Minutes away from downtown Milwaukee, shopping, beer gardens and local bars with amazing fresh brews & sit down outdoor dining.

One of a kind coffee bar and washer machine :)

Street parking

We are available at anytime during your stay and are here to help you with anything you may require during your stay.

Only 1 block away from Lake Michigan, beach and beer garden and south shore park.

There are stairs to enter unit.

Please bring your coffee/tea of choice. We have a tea kettle, drip coffee maker and keurig for your enjoyment!
**We do allow pets but we do NOT allow pets on any furniture, bedding, blankets or towels. If we see pet hair on any of the items listed you will be charged the full security deposit to replace or clean items that the pet was on.**

Important: We do not allow smoking of any kind in the house. If we suspect smoking in the house you will be asked to leave. If the house smells of smoke when you leave, you will be charged your full security deposit.

Due to the exponential increases of parties’ incidences since COVID-19 restrictions, VRBO countered with a complete global ban on all parties and events hosted in VRBO rentals. VRBO recommends the use of a noise monitor system, and we have installed one of their recommended systems which allows for guest notification if noise levels are at a level that could disturb neighbors.

Please contact the host if you are interested in bringing your pet. We have a pet agreement and fee that will need to be arranged for before the reservation is complete. Unfortunately, not all breeds are accepted due to our insurance policy.

Great location, cozy space

The farmhouse feel and personal touches made this stay exceptional. The kitchen is modern, and was stocked with some essentials which helped us make some meals while we stayed there. The rooms are just as listed, and the entire home is set up well for a family to relax and unwind after exploring the city all day!

Amazing location

This fun little place is right next to a beautiful walk along the water. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and the unit is perfect for two. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, having breakfast on the deck. Would stay again!!

This was a really nice space that worked well for the 3 of us, friends gathering for a reunion. The living room was comfortable as were the beds. The porch was fun for a coffee gathering as we had a beautiful day to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and really nice - close to the water (3 blocks away!) and with a farmer’s market on Saturday. Plenty of safe on-street parking. It is on a second floor with steeper steps so one must be able to climb easily, not an issue for us. Location was also close to some restaurants and the location afforded easy access to the city. This was a good overall stay for us. Thank you!

Bridal weekend

We rented the house to have a weekend in Milwaukee for our future Mrs. It was a great location to bars and well known restaurants in the area! There was tons of space for board games and movies which we enjoyed as well as a good kitchen for our group meals! We enjoyed the proximity of events and ease of Ubering everywhere. Recommended for those who need a good place for calming between the fun!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in Milwaukee and loved the Bay View area! This home is in a great location, the beds are comfortable, and we love the attention to detail in the modern updates. Cute decor and great communication from Lindsey, including restaurant recommendations in the area. Also, make sure to walk the few blocks to see the sunrise over Lake Michigan, gorgeous!!

Best in every way

Perfect. I rented this for all my children and grandchildren and my sister to stay while in town for my daughter's wedding at the park just 3 blocks away. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive when I had a question. The beds were super comfortable. We all had an amazing time staying here together and I couldn't have asked for more.

Milwaukee neighborhood by the lake

Lovely place to stay within walking distance to some really great little shops, restaurants and coffee spots. Just a 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan. Loved the Saturday morning Farmers Market. House had everything we needed. Very clean. Cute decor. We would definitely return.

Entry difficult as pin pad difficult from other ones and couldn't reach Lindsey. Stairway to upstairs steep but doable and place itself clean, nice shower and bright spot. The priorities were a bit odd though as not many amenities such as: mirrors, Kleenex, stocked much basic food, or more than 3 cups. but did have wagon of games. Sleeps 3 as a mattress under the one bed was not considered a 4th. The temp. had a pin and so couldn't change temp to AC and in phoning Lindsey couldn't leave message and said "user busy", so had to keep temp "as is".

Read the listing closely. Attempted to cancel my booking 6 days in advance and I was told I was not able to do that. This was the weekend where we had a big snow storm coming and there were reports that it could hit as soon as Saturday night. Had friends driving in from northern Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. Decided to cancel the trip due to weather. Messaged the host hoping to at least be refunded the cleaning fees- as we did not stay in the property- or to potentially reschedule. Her communication was slow, short, and she was not willing to reimburse us anything because the storm did not hit until Sunday. I feel that at least cleaning fees should have been reimbursed as no cleaning was neexed. We will not be booking with her again.
