Applewood - Very conveniently located near the main gate for the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Applewood has a very large yard complete with outdoor seating around a fire pit where families can enjoy campfires under the stars.

This home is a classic farmhouse style that has been updated with modern conveniences. Your host has created a welcoming ambiance. The interior has wood floors throughout, an inviting country kitchen, a dining room, and two living rooms.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are all on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, a second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Both baths have a tub and a shower.

Your host lives in an apartment (that is totally private from the main house) in the back of the building - she is close by if you need any assistance.

Location, location!

You truly can’t beat the location—right across the street from Dreams Park, making coming and going incredibly easy. From the moment we walked in, the house felt like home. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jan, the owner, lives in the apartment behind the house and was available if we needed anything, which was reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great place! Great location! Great host!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect if you’re playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s directly across the street with many amenities close by (pizza, grocery store, etc.). The host was responsive to any questions we had and the house has been everything you need to make meals and feel comfortable. Finally, the house is VERY clean! We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here twice in 2022 and 2024 and both times have had a great stay. Jan is great, plus this house is good luck we have won both times we have stayed here lol. Very comfortable and across the street from the park, very convenient to be able to go to and from the park. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Farm House Close to Dreams Park

We stayed here since my 3 kids were at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This was so convenient to our needs as the farm house is across the street. The house is very simple yet had all the comfort needed for a week. Very well proportioned. The owner is a gem and was very nice to give us the checkin and out instructions.

We needed to be close to Cooperstown’s Dreams park and this was right across the street. So very convenient for us since we had 3 kids playing and needed to be near to run back and forth between games. The property is an old but very comfortable farm house and had all the amenities we needed for a week.
