Grandma's House

This is a small two bedroom one bathroom cottage home with comfortable outdoor spacing including a huge front yard with pine trees. It is located in a secluded area with cattle and deer.

If headed north, you are just minutes from Pat Mayse Lake, The Red River and crossing over into Oklahoma.

Please read this update: The driveway and parking area are currently shared while you are visiting with a long term renter staying in the apartment in the back yard. They will use the parking on the left and you the parking on the right. There is plenty of driveway space available if you happen to have extra vehicles.
We are also starting a small U-Pick Strawberry patch in the pasture behind the home. during the months of March, April and May, you will share your driveway with U-Pick customers but it will not block your entrance or parking.
