★Important to Note ★

This is an upper flat in a duplex-style home. Each apartment has their own driveway, private entry, and laundry in the basement. While none of the spaces are shared, there is 1 neighboring unit and there is possibility of noise from other guests. Because this is an upper flat and there is no yard access, this is not an ideal space for pets. Please ask about our other homes that may be better suited for pets!

★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★

Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.

★ NON PET FRIENDLY HOME★
This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is considered not pet friendly. Please let your host know if you are traveling with pets & we'll recommend pet friendly units we have available. Non approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine.

Guest Access:
Guests will have their own private driveway and own private entrance.
There are no shared spaces.
This unit is 100% private!

The Neighborhood:
The property is conveniently located on 10 mile road. There is not much neighbor interaction, however, the neighborhood is safe. While it is a busier road, the noise cannot be heard from inside the home.

Getting Around:
It is recommended you have a vehicle or access to transportation to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that you’ll need to walk up stairs to enter the unit. Because of this, it is not the a pet friendly space and it is encouraged for guests to find alternative accommodations if pets will be traveling with you.

A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
