The view was amazing. It was peaceful, quiet, beautiful. Nice upgrades in the unit. Loved seeing the turtles everyday swimming right out front. Short walk to ABC store and a few little shops. Would stay there again!

Amazing property and host

Million dollar view!

Great location in Lahaina. Recently renovated unit is very nice. Literally steps from the ocean. And sea turtles love this beach! Would stay here again.

Bit of an older property with amazing views but the check-in process and our first night was a miss. We found beach flies everyone in the condo (there must have been 100s) when we first walked in. Host is not site so a property manager was sent in but he didn’t really do much other than speculate on what type of bug it is. My wife needed up spending an hour cleaning up the unit before we could settle in. Communication with the host was rather poor as well.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your arrival experience did not meet expectations. I do want to clarify that I responded to your calls multiple times, including outside of normal operating hours, and contacted on-site management immediately so the situation could be addressed as quickly as possible. A property manager was sent over right away to assess and assist. Following your concerns, I also offered a significant refund of the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. It’s important to note that the island had just experienced a large storm prior to your arrival. While the condo was thoroughly cleaned beforehand, and checked the day before, environmental factors,especially in an oceanfront, tropical setting, can sometimes lead to situations that are unfortunately beyond our control. We take pride in being transparent about the property: it is an older condo complex, but the interior was recently renovated in 2022, with exceptional oceanfront views, and we always aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our team to improve the guest experience wherever possible.

Wonderful place

Perfect spot right on the ocean! snorkel right outside your door (we rented gear from Snorkel Bob’s). Whole place is really clean and everyone is friendly. Parking spot is difficult to navigate.

This condo and property were so CLEAN, cute, and quiet and had everything we needed. I saw in one of the reviews that said the condo didn't have an oven, the condo does have a microwave/convection oven which was great!!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Bianca’s condo. She was easy to communicate with, and when we had a parking issue, the property manager Allyn was quick to help us find a resolution. The place was clean and the furniture was in good shape. We were grateful for the extra towels provided, as well as the pool/ocean toys that were available in the bin in the garage for all guests to use. We Would stay here again!

This property is a special place to our family. We are honored to share our slice of paradise with you.

Our complex is a small, 2 story, 18 unit direct oceanfront property. It has not only the constant sound of the waves, but a lush, landscaped yard and outdoor barbecue to make you feel as if you are more at your own beachside ‘home’ than on vacation.

Our newly remodeled condo is located on the 2nd floor has an unobstructed view of the open waters, and the islands of Molokai, and Lanaii. All new furnishings, including the best, new Hybrid Stearns and Foster beds. The best split AC system, all new washer/dryer, state of the art appliances, to make your stay care-free.

The Location of this secret treasure is what makes it so special. Although it’s only a few miles to Old Lahaina Town, to the south, and the renowned Kapalua Resort to the north, we are on the gorgeous west side of maui.

We offer free parking*. Free WiFi. There is a property manager on premises for assistance if needed.

*parking garage has a 5’7” ceiling. High vehicles (jeeps, Vans, will not fit).
