The open concept living, dining and kitchen floor plan allow for a relaxed and comfortable space to enjoy time with family and friends. The open living area provides two couches with reclinable side features, a single recliner, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. For those far and in between chilly nights you can enjoy the electric fireplace.

The upscale kitchen was spared at no expense with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ice maker. The beautiful breakfast bar with granite countertops offers seating for 4. After cooking your favorite coastal meal, gather the family around the wooden dining table that seats six and soak in the dusk views of Copano Bay.

Through the kitchen, you'll locate the primary guest bedroom with an en-suite bath that has a king-size bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a covered deck with direct views of Copano Bay, furnished with lounge rocking chairs. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, commode and single-piece decorator vanity with storage space beneath. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Smart Tv. Next to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom that features a rainfall shower with sliding glass doors, a single-piece vanity with ample storage space beneath. Adjacent to the living room is the third guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed and a twin trundle, wall-mounted Smart TV and direct views of the canal and pool. Downstairs, separated from the main living area you'll find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half bathroom.

This home will meet all your fishing and boating needs with a boat dock and a covered fish cleaning area with power and water. There is a single underwater green light to the left side of the dock. The boat lift is not available for guests.
