Enjoy your stay at our newly & tastefully furnished condo in Downtown Vancouver. Plenty of amenities just a short walk away such as Skytrain (rapid transit), bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the 8th-floor balcony or on the 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio.
This new modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee, a coffee maker, a french press, a blender, etc. The dining table has seating for 4. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, and a large closet.
With an automated check-in process, you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16. You can also use the rooftop patio on floor 11. If you need to park a visitor vehicle you can request a visitor pass from our property manager Julia through the app or by phone - the maximum stay for a visitor vehicle is 30 hours in a 7-day period.

Downtown Vancouver's historic Chinatown neighborhood is an up-and-coming trendy spot for bars and
restaurants. 9-minute walk to the Main Street Skytrain rapid transit station that will get you all around Vancouver and the lower mainland's surrounding suburbs.
You can bring your car and park for free. You can walk around everywhere, bike, or take a taxi/rideshare around the city. Bus stops and Skytrain is close by.
