Also, on our property, you can enjoy your favorite channel or TV show. We have Netflix, Peacock, and Roku on all TVs. Everything you need for your entertainment and comfort is close to you.

Champions Gate welcomes our guests just off its I-4 exit with stately rows offering excellent resort-style amenities. Close to our property, you will find the Champions Gate development’s retail center, offering a variety of retail stores, shopping destinations, restaurants, and cafes. The neighborhood is the ideal mix of resort-quality homes and family-friendly amenities, offering the living experience you deserve.

GETTING AROUND
• Parking is available at the property's driveway and there is additional free parking at the clubhouse. Please do not park in the street, otherwise, your vehicle will be towed.
• There is a gate guard at the entrance of the community to increase local safety. Guests need to provide the full names of the drivers upon the reservation confirmed to be registered at the gate guard.
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

Check-in starts at 04:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm

PARTY 🚫🎉
Parties and events are not allowed. “Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM”. We hope to have your cooperation, otherwise, if party evidence is found a $250 fine will be applied.

POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING EQUIPMENT 🥽⏱️
For those interested in the heated pool and hot tub service, we would like to inform you that the equipment used can take between 8 to 10 hours to reach the desired temperature, this is an additional service that must be requested in advance. Only authorized staff can touch the equipment to configure the heating correctly, if guests turn on the heater without permission, will be charged the heating price plus taxes multiplied by their accommodation days.

AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTAT 🥶🌡️
The air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.

GARBAGE COLLECTION 🗑️♻️
The doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 07 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next to the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine.

PET-FRIENDLY 🐶🐱
Your pet is more than welcome on our property. We are a pet-friendly property and there is a pet fee per booking. The guest is required to take responsibility for the containment and proper disposal of the animal's urine and excrement. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $100 fine in case it is found on the floor. If an animal's urine and excrement are found in the carpet it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.

POOL 🏊‍♀️🌤️
The guests agree not to tamper with pool heating controls or manipulate the heater. In addition, do not throw food, drinks, soaps, balloons with LEDs, or any elements that could damage the pool into the pool. If you break this rule, we will investigate the situation with the pool technician and you will be subject to a $150 fine.

SMOKING 🚭
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.

CHECK-OUT ⏰🕙
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine.

CLEANING 🧹🧽
Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party.

We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages.

PARKING 🚘🚗
Parking is available at the property's driveway 2 spaces and there is additional free parking at the clubhouse.
•Speed Limit 25 MPH
•Vehicles will be towed if parked on the grass, blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, dumpsters/Open Tops, and neighbors’ driveways.
•Any and all all-terrain vehicles are not allowed within the community. This includes Quads, golf carts, scooters, slingshots or mini motorcycles.
•RV's, boats, trailers, and limousines are not allowed in the community.

GATE GUARD🚪💂
•All guests 18 & older must register into Gate Access, so upon your reservation is confirmed, please provide the full names of all 18-year-old guests and older.
•The first check-in at the gate needs to be made with Ramco Security with their photo ID once they first arrive at ChampionsGate to receive the orange overnight pass which they can use to access the Oasis Clubhouse amenities.
•Guests cannot transfer their QR code to other guests. All guests need to use their QR Code.

Great house and a great location!
The house and the location are perfect for access to the attractions in Orlando. The only complaint that I have is a shortage of towels. Everything else was perfect. This place would comfortable sleep a large extended family (19). It was clean and well kept. The pool and game room were a fantastic addition in the house.

Warning NOT True Luxury - Do Not rent!
I recently stayed at this vacation home, March 19-24 and I was highly disappointed. I would NOT recommend renting this home to anyone. Several issues with the property made our stay unpleasant and inconvenient. It started with little things - all noticed and communicated on day 1. Firstly, almost all of the TV remotes needed batteries, which made it difficult to enjoy any movie time in any of the rooms/common living areas. Then we noticed the refrigerator door was broken, the stove top damaged, and the air hockey table was listed as a property highlight, but it did not work. The kids were highly disappointed. It got progressively worse. The front lawn was covered in ant mounds, which made it impossible for our children to play outside. This was particularly disappointing as we were looking forward to spending time in the yard with our kids. I drove around to see if other homes had similar issues....NOPE! Just this property, which is 100% an indication and reflection of how the owners/host care for the property. The lawn was the worst-looking yard in the neighborhood. The pool was also a major issue. The bricks around the pool were loose, which posed a danger to guests. In fact, a guest and child almost fell into the water due to the loose bricks. The pool was also not ready for the start of our stay. We had to wait until the third day (out of our 5 day stay) to use it because a pool guy was sent to the house to clean it on the second day. In addition, and this was the most disruptive, the power was out for three-quarters of our stay. They had to send a maintenance guy to the house numerous times to try to fix it. It would keep going out. Until the day we were leaving, the power was not working correctly. We documented with pictures and messages immediately of the issues we were having. When the power issue persisted into three-quarters of our stay, I asked to be reimbursed ANYTHING AS GOOD GESTURE for all the inconveniences. The property owner/manager denied the request. You are at the mercy of the owner/property manager's mercy to resolve the issues. Overall, I would not recommend renting this vacation home. It is 100% misleading based on the pictures and description provided. People plan vacations for their families and often travel from far and expect to get what they pay for. True luxury is in the details and the ability to care for your guests. This property FAILS
