Stay at Salty Towers and delight yourself with the 360-degree view of the Surf City bridge, pier, ocean, and sound from the gorgeous rooftop deck - Salty Towers is one of the best places to watch the sunset on Topsail Island! The location is also incredible; you will be within an easy walk of everything Surf City offers. This retreat is perfect for large families and friend groups. The enclosed backyard is the hottest spot here! Find an in-ground pool with a cabana, a luxurious six-person hot tub, a covered seating area, a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor Ping-Pong table. Heated pool service is available for an additional fee.

The first-floor bedrooms each have a TV. There is a washer/dryer in the hallway, a sink, a coffee maker, and access to a balcony overlooking the pool. On the second floor, the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and you'll find a second washer/dryer. The primary bedroom here has an additional sofa, wall-to-wall windows, a drop-down TV, a balcony, and a gorgeous soaking tub and giant shower with four heads in the bathroom. And last but not least, the upper level features the main living space. The modern, well-appointed kitchen features a double-door refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and dishwasher. The living area acts as an in-home theater room via a drop-down projector.

House is nice but the service is terrible

The whole thing was a disaster, the Vacasa team was terrible, the response to issues were terrible & the local team was so unresponsive! We had issues with the pool heater which never worked, we had the jacuzzi stop working and took 2 days to get that back in working order! The Vacasa local team was so bad in responding that the home owners sent her Father to come to take a look and see if he could help out since he lived close by! The house is beautiful, but things like the water pressure in the showers are bad. The electric stove/oven is useless as it takes forever to cook things, I don't understand why they don't just have a gas stove. All the bedrooms have no blackout blinds in the patio doors and four of them don't have screens.

Our Family Enjoyed Our Vacation At Salty Towers

The location was great. We loved the layout of the house. The views of the ocean and sound were beautiful from the outdoor area on the top of the house. The cabana area around the pool and hot tub was wonderful for relaxing with the family.

Great House

Loved this house for a large family. The top of the roof is amazing!!! We had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Great escape

Our group ranged from 70’s, 50’s, 40’s, 20’s and teens. Everyone loved the house, but what was there not to love. Roof top sun deck, pool, hot tub, close walk to the ocean and great location. The elevator was not working for our stay, but it was just a minor inconvenience for which we were compensated. Awesome is the best description for the kitchen, dining and living room. This was just a great beach vacation.
