Worst Vacation Home
If you’re looking for a vacation home full of surprises, look no further. When we walked into this home, the floors were so dirty that our socks turned black and there was visible food all over the top floor. When we turned the ceiling fans on, dust went all over the beds, and the overall state of the home was much less appealing than photos.
The furniture in the living room is dilapidated and uncomfortable, the garbage cans are duct taped together, and the dishes and refrigerator shelves are super glued back together.
There are nails and screws sticking out all of the deck. The main king master bed was broken and they’d previously fixed with painters tape. After waiting 3 nights for maintenance personnel to correct, they stated they fixed the bed as best as possible but it needed replaced. The support legs were sideways and not touching the floor after they left. No one ever came to replace the bed or even gave us the courtesy of reaching out after multiple attempts.
Nothing in this home is properly fixed or maintained. There’s mold in the washer and the lights on the side of the house are literally hanging off by the wiring. The toilet seat in one bathroom doesn’t fit, the curtains have holes, and the beds are uncomfortable. Overall, completely dissatisfied by the lack of communication from home owners, lack of response to issues from Vacasa, and the state of the home. You could not pay me to book with Vacasa or stay in this home again.
