A breakfast bar seats two, while the formal dining table comfortably accommodates five. Better yet, if you really want to feel like you are at the beach, enjoy your meal alfresco at the dining table on the porch. Two bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower. As you descend the stairs, you will find yourself in the second large living area, complete with a sleeper sofa. The kids will love having their own private space!
