• GATHERING SPACE
As you step into the warm, fully furnished cabin, you're welcomed by a well-appointed, open-concept living room adorned with matching luxurious leather sofas surrounding the gas-stone fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance in the spacious area.

Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen and dining room await. The formal dining table accommodates 10 guests, while seating for 6 is available at the island bar top. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop, 2 ovens, and a versatile coffee maker, ensure you have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

On the second floor, you'll discover the entertainment haven - the game room. With breathtaking views and an array of entertainment options, including a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade console, and poker gaming table, there's something for everyone. Additional features include an ultra-luxe queen sofa sleeper, bar top seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic vistas, while balcony access through sliding glass doors allows you to capture the picture-perfect views. Get ready to snap some photos - this area boasts ample seating and unforgettable scenery!

For your convenience, you will also find a laundry room with a washer & dryer located on the main level and a half bath.

• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin features 4 king private bedrooms with attached baths, 1 bunkroom with 2 queen beds, 2 full-size beds, 4 twin beds with attached full bath. 1 queen sofa sleeper located in the game room; a total of 13 beds, 6 full baths, 1 half bath, and comfortably sleeps 22 guests. All beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

Just beyond the living room, two impressive master suites await, each boasting a king-size bed adorned with luxury mattress and linens, a dresser for personal items, a flat-screen SMART-TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views. Each master bedroom features a private, attached master bathroom with double vanities, sinks, and an oversized walk-in shower.

Continuing down the hall on the main level, a bunkroom awaits with custom built-in bunkbeds. Featuring 2 full over queens and 2 twin over twins, this room accommodates 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 4 twin beds. Additionally, the bunkroom includes a Smart TV and an attached full bath with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, two additional master suites provide further comfort and luxury, each boasting a king-size bed, luxury mattress and linens, a dresser, and a flat-screen SMART-TV. Like the other master bedrooms, each suite features a private, attached master bathroom with double vanities, sinks, and an oversized walk-in shower.

Venturing back out on the main floor, beyond the dining area, awaits a sliding glass door leading to the expansive wrap-around covered patio. This outdoor haven features a stone gas fireplace, perfect for cozying up around on the oversized outdoor sectional while soaking in the breathtaking ultra-private views. Equipped with a gas grill, two outdoor dining tables seating 16 guests, an oversized hot tub, foosball table, and cornhole, this area is designed for endless enjoyment.

Descending the stairs, you'll discover the firepit area complete with Adirondack chairs, horseshoes, and a custom-made kids playset featuring a rock-climbing wall, swings, and a slide. Whether you're unwinding by the firepit or engaging in family fun with the playset, this outdoor space promises unforgettable moments for guests of all ages.

The cabin is positioned on just over an acre. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:

• 3 miles from Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream and Hochatown Escape Games
• 7 miles from Cedar Creek Golf Course and Beavers Bend Marina at Broken Bow Lake

The property managers validate via outdoor security cameras and do NOT permit the following at any time:
• We do not accept any kind of pets.
• All smoking prohibited both in and around the property- This means nowhere on the property and at NO time will smoking, vaping, piping, etc. of any kind be permitted.
• At no time are Fireworks Permitted


Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Condiments--Please Note: A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, herbs/spices, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
