Thanks for your feedback Casey. Your group was fantastic btw. We recently updated our cleaning staff. Many of the kitchen items you needed for your group were onsite just out of place by that old crew. I do tell all guest’s and advertise that the built in kitchen fridge does not work. There is a full combination fridge freezer replacement in the walk in but the full freezer and ice maker do. I’m also usually well available if any needs arise. Just for others FYI The commercial grade oven has two ovens to bake in. The larger of the two has a better seal with that oven tape. It is there for convenience. The diving board is absolutely safe. It was installed by a reputable contractor and yes, it does sit on a wooden deck platform that is lag bolted into the concrete. I give every guest a walk-through of the property to show them the little intricacies, and what things do not work or how to work, the hot tubs, etc. during their stay, I was on the property for four hours with my children doing yardwork in the backyard. I was not the pool area at all except for the times that I need to check the pool levels coloring / PH. This group checked in early, when they got we just finished cleaning but I had not replaced several light bulbs . She said it was OK like that and they would rather check it then have a replace the lightbulbs, which they have been. I do not know what table she is referring to, but I will check again. Since this stay I have removed all of my beautiful children’s pictures that I had in the house. And kitchen has been given an overhaul as far as the organization goes. Thank you for the suggestion. They also left trash everywhere, glitter and little party thingys are a pain to sweep and clean. I left them a 1 star review for how they left my place.

This party tried to blackmail me for a five star review. My kids swam in the same pool she is referring to all day prior to their check in. Maybe because your kids were swimming in my duck pond they got a rash. She sent me one pic of a kid with a rash. They swam in the pool for two days and then complained the chlorine was too high. I had it checked by a pro immediately it was a little low which is not a problem so I put some chlorine in at a time when no one would be swimming and kept out for twelve hours. I gave them 250 back and then they tried to bribe me for two free nights for a five star review. I have the text for proof. When I noticed some lies not adding up (they said they all went to the water park because of the situation so I looked how much it would cost and paid them that back on the app) then later that night they slipped out that they never went. So I called VRBO and they said not give them anymore money back and whatever review these people leave will be deleted .
