PLEASE NOTE that all bedrooms and full bathrooms are situated on the 2nd floor of the home. You'll find each bedroom thoughtfully furnished with memory foam mattresses, a selection of soft and firm pillows, ceiling fans, and room darkening blinds and curtains—ensuring you rest peacefully any time of day or night.

The entire home is yours for the length of your stay (except for a few locked owner supply closets / cabinets and the locked garage)! We are excited to host you at the Lucky Longhorn!
Other Things to Note
* Summers in San Antonio are HOT! When it is over 100 degrees outside the AC unit will only be able to cool the inside of the home to about 75 degrees. Each bedroom and the living room has ceiling fans and additional floor fans for your comfort!
* For guest safety outside cooking and grilling is not permitted on the property. Also the use, possession or storage of any flammable liquids, including but not limited to propane, gas, lighter fluid and other similar substances is not permitted on the property.
* Free parking is available on the street in front or the home or in the parking lot at the end of the block. Parking in front of the garage door or the red "No Parking" zones is not allowed.
PLEASE NOTE - In our neighborhood, parking regulations are strictly enforced, and we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to them. Parking in front of the garage door or in the red "No Parking" zones poses a risk of ticketing or towing by local authorities. Please note that, as the host, we have no control over parking enforcement, and any fines or towing fees incurred are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
* The Lucky Longhorn undergoes regular pest control treatments to maintain a pest-free environment! While we make every effort to ensure your comfort, it's essential to understand that no property can guarantee a 100% pest-free environment at all times. If you happen to encounter a bug, especially if it's already deceased, we kindly request your understanding that this does not warrant a refund. If you encounter any pest-related concerns during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can take swift action to address the situation.
* At checkout, please double-check all your belongings to ensure you haven't left anything behind. While we do our utmost to make your stay perfect, we want to emphasize that we cannot be responsible for sending items left behind after checkout.
