This is a wonderful opportunity to stay in this first time offered condo as a rental. This sun filled, updated and harbor side condo is located on Catawba Island where some of the most beautiful restaurants, wineries and outdoor entertainment areas are just a stones throw away.
We purchased this condo because we wanted to find a unit with a private boat dock for this condos use (up to a 30 foot boat) and happily stumbled across this new listing.
We snatched it up! It was perfect!
Wonderful floor plan with open views, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, two bedrooms, two full baths and the best view of the harbor! We plan to enjoy many afternoons and evenings perched on this balcony enjoying the boats sailing by and admiring the stars at night.
We also were pleased with the newer pool and hot tub area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun or read a book under one of the provided chairs and umbrellas. The association is attractively landscaped and well maintained. That was important to us as I am sure as a guest it would be too.
There is an added bonus with this unit as well. We purchased this unit as an empty unit and have spent the last few months decorating with all new furniture, bedroom mattresses and decor. We think it turned out great!
