The location was great for our visit. We used Uber to get around to the different museums and monuments and did a lot of walking. It was an easy walk to Navy Yard and the Wharf. We didn't make the walk from the Wharf after dark. But we were happy to be there and able to make breakfast in the VRBO.

I can’t say enough positive things about this condo! It exceeded our expectations, from quick responses from the host to the clean and updated interior, even the entry to the condo was easy. One rarity they had was coffee, this is the first VRBO that provided it and I appreciated it! Location was perfect, quaint little street close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and subway. A skip away from Nationals park if interested in seeing a game. Comfy bed and excellent water pressure in shower was the cherry on top. Thank you for having us, we truly enjoyed staying in your most welcoming place, we would definitely book again and highly recommend it for others!

Property was as nice as advertised.... maybe even nicer! It's a sweet 1 bedroom townhouse with lovely outdoor space. Impeccably clean. well furnished ..... new kitchen and bath that's really well done. The host was professional and responsive. The amenities were generously supplied.... large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bath wash.... all quality products.... I made myself three cups of coffee a day for my three day stay and didn't put a dent in the large supply of Dunkin coffee pods. A snack basket and bottle of wine topped off the welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

The location was perfect for our stay. A very short walk to a Metro stop. Everything was as advertised. I thought parking might be an issue but we had no problems at all. Our stay was tremendous. Thank you Israel for providing us a home away from home.

Our favorite stay ever!

The property is newly remodeled and very clean. It’s truly walking distance to the Capital Hall and basically every tourist attraction. We had no issues whatsoever and would love to go back!

Easy access to wharf and sights

This was a very comfortable place for us to stay while touring Washington DC for the first time. Circulator bus stops are close by and very reasonable. Israel is very responsive and he helped us locate nearby grocery stores to pick up breakfast items. We would recommend this place for others.

Comfortable stay, great host

Enjoyed my stay at this apartment! You’re on a quiet, one-way street just a few blocks from the baseball field. Easy walk to restaurants and the metro station. Bed is very comfortable! Host was easy to communicate with - gave great instructions and replied to messages quickly. He was very helpful and friendly accommodating to my travel schedule, too.

Perfect Size

This condo was the perfect size for what we needed. The couch and bed were beyond comfortable! We also enjoyed a night cap on the deck. The location has some places to eat a few blocks over by the stadium, and is about a half mile from the metro entrance. Check in was a breeze! And the host was super responsive, we would stay here again.

We'll be back!

Israel is a great host with a lovely cozy home. We loved the location, kitchen supplies, sky line, back patio, comfy bed, strong wifi signal and quick communication. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and he came right over and fixed it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Take advantage of this gem before it's gone.

Perfect Location

Wonderfully located near the Navy Yard with a lot of restaurants and the metro within a short walking distance. The property owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We did have an issue with the A/C unit leaking that resulted in us having to shut off the A/C until it could be looked at. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough to leave the windows open, and the property owner immediately installed a window unit in the bedroom to keep it cool. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future.

Super Clean!

This apt was recently upgraded and everything was new and in working order. A 5 minute walk to the BallPark Metro stop. Lots of restaurants withing 10 minute walk. The Nationals ballpark is a 5 minute walk. Israel answers emails in less than 5 minutes if you have a question. A very secure, clean apt within 10 minute walk of anything. No car needed. We stayed for 9 days without a car. The bed is very comfy with a nice comforter. Washer/Dryer work great! Israel supplies laundry soap and dryer sheets. Soap in the shower, and the shower is beautiful. Highly recommend for your DC vacation!

Cute and comfortable upstairs apartment with all the necessities! Enough paper goods stocked for our 3 night visit to DC, not to mention shower amenities as well. We really appreciated the extra window ac unit in the bedroom on top of the central air conditioning… really made sleeping in the comfy bed a dream on these hot July nights! I can’t comment on kitchen utensils, or cooking appliances as we did not cook but there was a full stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, which had bottles of water as well as a welcome bottle of wine chilling inside. So thoughtful! Location was perfect as we were in town for a concert at the Nationals Park… not even two blocks away! Very close (easily walkable) to Navy Yard and the shops and restaurants there as well as The Wharf and waterfront. We rented Lime scooters and made it to the Air and Space museum in about 15 minutes… safe bike lanes through beautiful neighborhoods. Had a wonderful time going in and out of attractions along the National Mall. Israel was very easy to communicate with and checked on us several times before and during our stay. Of note: this home is on a one way street and street parking is very limited and only if you can aggressively parallel park (I had to make several passes lol)
