-DO NOT TOUCH, COVER or TAMPER with security cameras on the exterior of the property. Doing so, you will have a visit from the owner and may be asked to leave the property! Cameras are there for the purpose of security to the home and guests! If you are not comfortable with cameras you should not rent this property!
-NO GATHERINGS OR PARTIES ALOWED.

-If you have a vehicle and need to park please know that parking is on the street first comes first serves and I need the information below to register your car online. No need to print anything or display it on you car window. Remember that this is required by the city. If your car is not registered you will get a ticket from parking meter officer when they check your license plate.

-no more than 2 guests allowed at all times. (No gatherings)
-be mindful/ respectful of noise to our neighbors. (No parties, and No loud music especially).
-this is a SMOKE FREE Property, no smoking allowed inside or back porch area)
-security cameras are in place for the safety of our guests and our property in the exterior of the home, do not move or cover the camera views.
-do not open or go beyond the white fence in the back porch stairs. (It’s another unit past that point to our neighbor downstairs and there is a dog in that private space.
-turn off all lights and the ceiling fan when checking out. Helps us conserve energy.
-if you have excess trash that you would need to get rid of during your stay, you can dump in any of the 2 dark green garbage bins in front of the house marked 1234. The other 2 blue bins are for recycling only. (Please tie trash bags and close lids)
-we take pride of our home, please take care of it with love and respect. Help by maintaining clean during your stay through check out. (no littering, keep it nice.)
