Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We stayed at this VRBO in Revelstoke, BC. The home itself was in good condition—appliances and furniture were new, and everything else worked well.The main downside was the TV. There was no cable and no ability to stream Netflix, Prime, etc.—only YouTube. A technician was sent but couldn’t fix it, as the TV was simply too old. After full days of skiing, this was disappointing, as we were hoping to relax and watch a movie rather than go back out in the evening.We also had a smoke alarm go off during the night with no sign of smoke, which was disruptive.One minor suggestion: a blind on the main door would improve privacy, as there’s a clear view into the home, though this wasn’t a major issue given how quiet the neighborhood is.Communication with the owner was very professional. They appear to use a service that allows for quick and responsive communication, which we appreciated.Overall, a comfortable place with good amenities, but the TV setup and false alarm took away from the stay.
