Spectacular Home!

We had a great time staying at your home! Very clean, decorated beautifully, super comfortable including the beds and furniture. We stayed there because our daughter (marisadeering.com) was a finalist in the Folks Festival in Lyons (about a 20 minute drive). Highly recommend staying at your beautiful home!!

Very comfortable home in Berthoud CO

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this well furnished home. Very comfortable living space with great kitchen. Spacious MBR with nice tub & shower and comfy king bed. Convenient location sealed the deal. We’d stay again.

Family time

This home is beautiful and comfortable, it had everything we needed and more. We did not get to spend much time in the backyard but it is beautiful with a very nice seating area. I would stay here again.

A beautiful home

We made a quick trip to the area to attend our 50th high school reunion. The house and amenities were amazing. Beautiful, comfortable, and squeaky clean. This was the nicest VRBO that we have rented, and would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

Wonderful home/great location

I stayed here for a month as an in between location to visit my college aged daughters. The home itself is lovely and very comfortable. My daughters and their roommates visited several times for dinner and grilling outside. I had my dogs and there are many walkable trails nearby and Berthoud is very quaint. Highly recommend!!

CSU Graduation trip

Stay at Alpine Home

The home was exactly as pictured. Easy to get to and quick access to surrounding areas. Home was clean and well decorated. Had little decorative signs to help explain or note features. Check out process was easy and clear Host was easily to communicate with and responsive. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Beautiful and very comfortable home

We were in Berthoud for a family wedding. I picked the home for its close proximity to the wedding. We were pleasantly surprised by the homes warmth and charm. The owner thought of everything that a guest might need during their stay. It was wonderful, Thank you for sharing you home.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful property. Pictures do not do it justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My girls enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We loved hanging out together at the table, talking and laughing. My grandson had so much fun in the backyard feeding the fish and watching the water feature. Chuck was very responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful clean and quiet

The only thing i was irritated about was the add said sleeps 8. We had 7 guests and got charged for an extra guest. Not sure who did that math but whatever. Mentioned it to the owner and no reaponse. However it was a beautiful home and cleanest home ive ever rented through verbo. They did throwin an air mattress for our "extra" guest.

Hello Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I wanted to respond as I am not sure what you mean by unknowingly charged for an extra guest? When booking a few weeks ago the number of guests and the pricing is explained in the Terms and Conditions. This is an issue that could have been addressed before submitting your first payment. I asked a few days ago if you prefer an air mattress or the couch, this is a courtesy we offer. As it states in the first paragraph of the listing, there is couch available for 1 or I can provide a queen sized air mattress. Otherwise there are private bedrooms with room available for up to 6 guests.

Bliss in Berthoud

This property is beautiful and well Maintained. We would both rate it an A+. It has outstanding appliances, furniture and charming external features. The media situation is superlative. Among other visual welcoming features, the property is spotless inside and out. It features a hospital grade air filter, so there are NO odors.. The host is extremely accessible and accommodating. It was a complete joy to sojourn there. The community is welcoming and the town features all the essentials with easy access to larger populated areas. It was beautifully quiet, in viewing range is snow capped mountains. As we asked each other, Who could ask for anything more? We both said we could easily just move right in. Karma and Irv

Great place to stay!

The pictures barely do it justice, this is a beautiful little detached condo. Every room is nicely furnished and comfortable with a modern look, and the insanely high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is. Peaceful back yard to hang out in too. This was booked for two couples and a single person, we each had our own bedroom so it worked out perfectly. We were in town for a wedding in Lyons which was 20 minutes away. If you stay make sure to get breakfast at the Trailhead Cafe and coffee at Joyful Brews, both great places within walking distance. My only complaint was that the tv in the living room wouldn’t stay connected to the internet so we couldn’t use any apps but live tv worked, and the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. Not a huge deal as we were out most days but it would have been nice to watch tv at night sometimes.
